I was assisted by Steven Tshisikhawe, he resolved my query promptly and even went the extra mile of calling to ensure that indeed I received my voucher .
I placed an order on the uber eats app. It was a cash payment order . MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE .The driver didnt even ring by the gate , he just changed delIvery status to "order completed" and because it was a cash order stated that I did not pay . The drivers name is JOVIYALA SONADI . i contacted KFC they said they cant assist I must contact Uber eats because it's their driver , however the KFC agent from customer services gave me a number for KFC edenglen which does not exist 011 453 9888 . I then contacted UBER EATS and no one could assist , they said they only assist the merchant which is the store but they cant assist customers I must use the help option on the UBEREATS App. I explained that there is no option to select my problem which is that the order was never delivered , I requested to speak to a manager a consultant by the name LEANNE refused, she refused to give me the refference number for for the call , she then gave me a number for escalations 010 500 2149 and to my suprise it also doesnt exist ... I am highly disgruntled to the core about the service rendered by these two parties.

FnB has consultants who give the most terrible service ever , i am being questioned like i committed ****** for wanting service for which i pay them admin for . This consultant just hung up on me . you can speak 10 consultants and only 1 will assist the rest will put you frm pillar to post ,hung up etc
I called and asked to speak to third party claims yesterday from number ********** 279 and the consultant I spoke to hung up the phone !
