<p>HELLOW PETER,</p> <p> </p> <p>Sometime in 2013 i have written a review about the vdacom accounts department and they resolved my problem initially,now i discovered in july that vodacom debit orders have not been deducing from my account when they sent me a letter from collections, i gave them a call,they indicated what amount i needed to pay to reactivate my account and I did pay ,sent the proof of payment via fax at the Centurion Vodacom but after that for one month there is a debit order that went though to vodacom and since then they are sending me invoices and statements but without deducting any amount . I have called and visited the customer service centre and i was asked to speak to some people at accounts on the phone while i was at the service centre till today the mater has not been resolved and debit orders are still not going through. I have been trying all i can but the pleople a call at vodacom to assist are sending me from pillar to post. <strong>I am afraid that this might have a bad impact on my credit record which has serious implecations for a person in my line of work.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The latest statement on account no : ********** 0-3 and they have two (2)reference numbers of H0-11HZH cell no - ********** 144 and H0-15VW0 cell number ********** 982.</p> <p>I do not know what to do at this stage.</p>
<p>HELLO PETER,</p> <p>I have signed an agreement of loss and submitted on the 10 October 2016 for the claim submitted on 15 August 2016, since then I have not received any confirmation of payment to the bank and I have been calling and sending emails to enquire, with no luck. It is very painful that i am still paying for a car which I have handed over ownership to the insurance. NO REPONSE TO EMAILS AND NO STATUS UPDATES.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise as it has been three (3) months now since I submitted my claim.</p> <p> </p>
