I have had the worst possible experience in service. I had to pay R690 for a call out fee of which the technician, took photos in an 8minute job. Thereafter requesting again for me to send pictures. Monday 27 a call for a quote of a part for R230.06. I agreed nothing further, I followed up again a week later, they then added a further R 450. Claiming for wiring of the unit but what has happened with my R690? Then I was advised the technician is to call me on fixing between 8-10am on the 4th June. To date followed up again, they will call. Oven still not fixed. 13h05 no call received still.

I have purchases a movie on the black application offered to cell c customers. I have not been able to view the movie and my money was debited. I have queried this since October. A manager by the name of Zakkiya advised she would call me back and advise on my query and to date nothing has been received and when ask to escalate this. I receive the standard answer from the black support team. No refund of monies been returned and no phone call. Cell c customer centre just says they forwarded to the black support team to review each time. To date funds have not been refunded and movie unavailable still. Absolute horrible experience.
I was shopping around for new insurance quotes for a car I purchased. Once I received my initial quote with Miway, I decided to shop around as I was not happy with the price provided. I had received a quote from another insurer which was a lot cheaper in comparison to Miway. I contacted Miway to cancel the insurance with them & was put through a Retention Specialist,Senior Manager Henry Shongwe, considering he was on his way out the office, he had taken my call, he was very polite, he listened very carefully, took all my needs into consideration,he was patient & he ended up giving me such a good price. I was a happy client after that call. He sent my new updated document before we ended the call. Happy client.
