I'm highly disappointed with cell c, I signed a contract for 2 phones in November last year. The amount agreed and signed was R699. I paid November and December cash because they did not activate the debit order fine that was sorted, then for Jan they did not deduct I paid via eft R699 as per the contract that I signed only to receive an sms stating that my account is in arrears and that I must pay R798.06 I then called the contact center, I asked why was I being charged this amount and was told that sorry the prices increased in December, I did not receive an sms or email stating that, now my line has been locked until I pay the remaining balance of R99 this is extremely disappointing and really unfair.
It was a beautiful and friendly service
On 03/02/2022 My mother deposited money (R1000.00) at pep for my younger sister, she then sent her the voucher number and pin, my sister went to the absa atm next door Shoprite at Goldspot in Vosloorus, around past 2pm, she entered the voucher number and pin, as the money was processing to come out Loadshedding hit and the money was still in the machine but you could see it, so the atm froze, she then waited for 2 hours for the electricity to come back, eventually around past 4 it came back, the atm machine closed and the money went back into the machine, she then waited a few and did the transaction again, only to be given a slip that says voucher redeemed. she called the helpline 3 times and was told that the person that deposited the money must lodge a complaint. fine on 06/02/2022 my mother went to the pep store where she initially deposited the money, they told her that the money is still there and to use the same details, my sister then went to pep to go and withdraw the money only to be told that the money is not there and that the voucher was redeemed on Thursday around 2pm which is not true, they advised her to go to absa and complain, she went to absa today 07/02/2022 and they told her that there is nothing that they can do she must just lodge a complaint with the ombudsman!?? Please can you assist us as the money that was deposited R1000.00 is for an emergency!!

I have never ever in my life been to such a memorable beautiful wedding, that wedding was mine!, My husband and i would like to thank you from the top, bottom and middle of our hearts, we had our wedding hosted by The African Explorer Private Game Lodge, wow! I was called by vodacom to offer me a data deal and upgrade as my number is due for an upgrade, I advised them that I already have a new phone and data package that I am happy with, and I asked if there were any laptop or note book, then the guy said sure we do have deals, I chose the laptop deal which was the Lenovo Idea Pad+Router(1gig inclusive),mouse,Antivirus and Office suit and a laptop bag, to my surprise when I opened the package after it was delivered there was no mouse, I called later during the day and notified them that the was no mouse included as I was told,I demanded to speak to the consultant who sold me the package which the ID number for them was Maharajk01 from etell which is a company contracted by Vodacom, they game me their number and was put through to them (0112178822).I requested to speak to this person and was put on hold numerous times then told later that the person is in a meeting and that I will be called back, to date they have not called me back, I was then called to call the cancellations department and request that they must collect the package again and do a re-delivery. I then called myself again on Tuesday morning 23rd July 2019 and requested that they collect the guy assisted me took down all the details including the collection address and said that the request was sent and they will collect within 3-4 working days, to date the package has not been collected, Yesterday I decided to use the laptop and told myself that I would buy my own mouse, as I was using it the @key by the number 2 is swapped with the " key which is extremely inconvenience I would like Vodacom to collect everything as soon as possible as I am not happy at all with this!! please re deliver or just cancel the whole deal I will go elsewhere for one! If this is how you deal with your most loyal clients it is a shame and disgrace full.
