Centurion Mall Branch. went to buy bedding stuff and in that there was a matrass Protector. I bought these on Saturday 31/01/2026. So upon trying to fit the matrass Protector we discovered that it's small for a Queen size;it doesn't even fit in a double bed. Seems like a factory fault. Unfortunately I threw away the slips So my husband went to the store with the packaged item and the sms notification of the proof of purchase. The lady at the store commented.. then that's your fault that you bought the wrong size. We tried explaining that there seems to be a factory fault and she still refused to assist and commented, ' How do I even know you bought this from our store?'... The HELL is that! Out of frustration.. we left the item at the store with no refund or exchange!
This is a very frustrating experience. I reported poor workmanship from a repairer and my concerns were not taken into account. We advised the assessor that the 2nd door approved was a damaged door which had to also be fixed and isn't aligning. We asked that a OEM door be approved as this is an anomaly and not all models/cars will be in the same condition when using alternative or 2nd hand parts. The panel that needed to be replaced is out of alignment and there's now damage on the rear panel. The repairer itself can't even own up to the mess done and the lady in charge threw us out with the previous door that was removed. We were chased away like we begged for FREE repairs. All this because we raised our unhappiness regarding repairs done and not wanting to sign the declaration form that states that we are happy/satisfied with the work done... Centurion Auto Care Centre and their Manager Beverly don't respect customers.
Centurion Mall Branch. I went to collect my order.. ' Big package' The store is busy with renovations and upon me collecting. The lady that was assisting me on the 20/09 came with my package full of dust and she just told me my orde is full of dust.. Think dust... I must say.. what happened to being courteous and rendering customer service. I'm highly disappointed with this service and I had to go to work ' dirty'.
