Horrible service from the owner himself. No business owner should speak to clients in that manner. Doesn't listen to understand what the issue is and spews out all profanities imaginable. I wouldn't recommend this shop, even to my enemies.
I placed an order for a picnic basket on the 2nd of February, 2016. I made payment with my credit card and my order was confirmed instantly. I specifically asked for delivery to be made on the 12th of the same month, in time for valentines' day. On the 12th I called to confirm if the parcel had been dispatched and I was told it was. I received an email to say my parcel had left the building and on its way to me. A call to the call centre confirmed that i would get my parcel before 6p.m. At around 19h00 on the same day, I received another email from Netflorist to say that I couldn't get my parcel because they were now out of stock! To say I am frustrated would be an understatement. NetFlorist, a huge disappointment you are. What's gonna become of my valentines' day????
