If half a star was a company, it would be The Courier Guy. Sleg verby. Pudo gets updated, now you have to drive around hoping and praying, crossing fingers and toes that when you get there, there is locker space for your parcel. The developers living in 2001?? How backwards can a company be???? Pathetic is all i can say. The alternative? The Solution? Drive to your nearest kiosk, cancel your Pudo locker dropoff, PAY MORE at the kiosk, which equates to extra fuel, time, travel etc. Cos that's the solution, inconvenience the clients cos we dont give a S$%^&. And their Whatsapp customer support, dont get me started. waiting between 5 and 10 minutes for a response, and out of 6 questions i ask, i get 1 answered. Think its time to switch courier company for the business as well as personal.
Exceptionally bad service. Actually not surprised that out of 61 reviews, nearly 40% are 1 Star, says a lot. Requested some support before a purchase, waited a few days, no response. Called and was told that i should email to a different email address, which i did, still nothing. Was forced to order the item irrespective of their lack of response on a Wednesday. Today is Monday and i might receive it today. WE DONT CARE attitude stinks is all i can say. Then they use Aramex, who are actually useless. Items lay at their "Hub" for an extra day for whatever reason, which pushed delivery to the following week. There are better courier companies out there, Im sure you know this. Not interested in a response at all, just fair warning, have a look at the negative reviews and check the reasons for 1 Star ratings. It's almost exclusively BAD AFTERSALES SERVICE. 2025 and we still have companies acting this way is laughable. Will 100% be supporting the slightly pricier Businesses who actually respond to queries and concerns going forward. #Pathetic #Sleg Diens #Please Come Right #2025

<p>WORST experience ever.</p> <p>Long story short : </p> <p>Took my vehicle in for service , excellent service, no faults found ( minus a recommendation to check cv's in the future ).</p> <p> </p> <p>Oil cooler packed up a month later, took it to them due to initial excellent service received. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE.</p> <p>Oil cooler replaced, received vehicle back with:</p> <p>-broken battery cover clip</p> <p>-broken armrest hinge</p> <p>-funny hissing noise from engine</p> <p>-aircon pipes freezing up ( covered in ice ) According to them this is normal</p> <p> </p> <p>Took the vehicle back and was told the hissing sound cannot be reproduced.</p> <p>They will quote me for a replacement armrest.</p> <p>They offered to replace the battery cover.</p> <p>Aircon pipes freezing up means its working accoring to spec, as per the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received the car again with more cosmetic damage to bumper and body ( scratches etc )</p> <p>My brother in law took the car back to them, and informed me that my car seems to steam/smoke from the bonnet when standing at a robot. He checked and found oil leaking somewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Took the car back again, and they promised to inspect for oil leaks and have marks and scratches polished out. They cleaned enigine and said that it was old oil.</p> <p>Car was not cleaned/polished as they mentioned. I queried this and they said that they supplied my wife ( who collected the car the third time ) with some paint which was color matched for touch ups. MORE LIES.</p> <p>My wife received nothing.</p> <p>Also, upon inspection of my vehicle after the third collection, my bumper is now 100 times worse. I took photographs of this which was sent to them. Their excuse was that car was re-sprayed and paint chips off. This was the funniest thing ever, as the paint on the bumper is damaged, sc****d etc.</p> <p>I requested they not contact me and the only person i am willing to speak to is the director, who was cc'd in all communications and not once did he/she respond.</p> <p>Word of advice, DO NOT USE AUTOWORKS STRAND. My vehicle is now cosmetically damaged which is going to cost me an arm and a leg.</p> <p>I will most certainly be taking this all the way.</p> <p>DISGUSTED, DISGRUNTLED CLIENT!!!</p>
