Myself and my wife arrived and parked outside with a motorcycle attempting to get brunch. The was a few outside tables available. Upon being seated a waiter approached us informing us that the table was reserved. We asked why is there no signs out to which they rep**** they did not have any signs. No matter which table we pointed to outside we were told it is reserved. It was their way of telling us we are not welcome. Well done Dros. You clearly don't need my money.
On our visit today we were made aware of the R200 special including the meal voucher. Paid at the Hotel reception, went up to the baths, in the rain. Was told we did not receive all the vouchers, walked back down to reception, collected and returned. After swimming went to the restaurant where a unfriendly waiter assited us. From the start we enquired regarding the packages, which was acknowledged by the unfriendly waiter. Upon paying she didn't want to accept the meal voucher as it had become slightly wet, as it rained a bit. Unprofessional and very poor service.
Brilliant no BS service, making it very easy. Alan Visser is a star, knows his story and very professional. Give that man a Bells.
Always great service. Today at the Cape Gate branch I was in and helped in under 4 minuts. Great and friendly service. Well done.
I attempted to buy breakfast inside the store this morning, however no staff was stationed at the front till. Instead, the were all chatting at the back, looking at me, refusing to take my order. Eventually I just walked out, seeing that they dont need my money. Surely the owners can check the video footage of what his staff is doing, time being 06h45 this morning.<br>
I had an account with Direct axis which was paid up close to 2 years ago. Now a debt company is phoning me to say I have been handed over and will be taken to court for a account which I have a payed up letter for. They refuse to mail me their details in order for me to respond. I have received numerous harrassing phone calls threatening me with legal action, for a account I payed up! Highly unprofessional.
