<p>We noticed that one of the scanned items was not correctly priced according to the shelf price and notified the cashier Ronald. He took fifteen minutes to find a supervisor and then she had to try phone a manager to confirm whether they could make the price change. As we were short on time we had to leave the store empty handed due to this efficiency.</p>
I recently had a problem with my Explora's hard drive which Multichoice kindly replaced. On arriving home I was having trouble viewing my Catch Up and Box Office titles despite having the decoder on for over an hour. It took this clueless lady 40 minutes to come to the answer that it would merely take time for the content to load. If this is in fact the case why did she make me plug/unplug/reboot twice despite establishing that my signal was adequate at the beginning of the call. I got the distinct impression that she has no idea how a decoder actually functions and when I asked to be helped by someone else she refused! Her attitude and incompetence in her job is unacceptable! I did call back to make a complaint but once again I was met with incompetence and obstruction.
Two weeks after submitting my online application to this company and paying the required fee I still had received no correspondence from them. After phoning them I was given an appointment at the wrong place. After rescheduling a second time I was given incorrect information and there was no one to meet me for my scheduled appointment. In the end I payed this company R910 to sit in a que for 3 hours myself! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WISH TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
