Picknpay online shopping Kenilworth failed to process my refund of R40 000. They never called me. You don't have to call me for banking details. You were paid from that same account where the purchases were made. I never received the goods. Refund me. Shame on you.

I was listed on Credit Bureau for not paying DCM account. This "account" is 5 months in arrears. BUT this is actually a paid up Truworths account. Paid in full almost 3 years ago. I contacted Truworths and ITC. Instead of asking for paid up letter - which clearly reflects on Truworths - Ask DCM for proof of contract . There is none. But the credit bureau allows these people to get away.
Picknpay Kenilworth ***** department was contacted to inform them someone that is *******ly using my ABSA bank card to purchase from them. They purchased for R4999 x 8 times. I spoke to someone in their ***** department and sent them 2 emails. No response.Picknpay happily received the money knowing that it's a *****ulent transaction. They could have stopped the transaction. Surely they could identify the purchaser via email or name or cell phone number. But they kept quiet. The transaction was still in cyberspace when they were informed. So both picknpay and ABSA would rather let the consumer take the fall. It's a complete disgrace. May God judge you.
Absa ***** is the worst. They stole more than R43000 from my ABSA. They did Picknpay transaction. Money was still sitting in cyberspace and I informed picknpay *****. Both ABSA and Picknpay did nothing. ABSA declined my claim. We should collectively bring a case against them. Also a day before they helped themselves there was a strange debit order. You can't just do a debit order. Apparently they can't see it. NONSENSE. They are employing these *******. Civil case against ABSA. Yes Absolutely
I received a letter of demand from FNB business. I paid the full outstanding balance. Which was R1750 of bank charges. No overdrafts no plans. Trying to close the accounts is a nightmare. Now the first want Fica documents but I'm blocked on online banking. Please close all my accounts. I can't be calling time and time again to close accounts.stop the games it's really annoying. Stop the letter of demand. I owe you nothing.
I paid up my Truworths account last year, about 6 months ago. Yet MBD calls me every single day. Harassing me. You are not part of my 2025.I will not buy from Truworths again. MBD STOP!!!
