I cancelled my transunion subscription in September (with emails to prove it) but to date, I am still being debited. I called Transunion in November and once again requested to cancel. The agent confirmed this was done yet I was still debited. I called once more only to be told that even though I cancelled , I was meant to call back and check (which is nonsense as once cancelled, it should stay cancelled ). I requested a refund from September and nothing has been done to date. I was told that a consultant would call me back and there has been no communication since . I find this so disturbing that someone like Transunion would continuously incorrectly debit a customers account after numerous cancellation requests and then not have the decency to refund me. What is more scary is that this could carry on forever and they don't give a damn
<p>I used Uber for a week and for every trip I undertook, there was a double charge and the double charge was always higher than what was quoted. Uber came back to say that it is a hold on my account ( to prevent fraud)and it will reverse in a couple of hours, then they said 3-5 working days,now it's 10 days. Double charging a customer doesn't prevent Fraud. It's been ten days and I still haven't received a refund related to my overcharges (totalling R600). Uber support indicates that this is a bank problem not an Uber issue which is pathetic because the bank didn't "place a hold"- Uber did si they should reverse this. This is the first time I checked my account, I don't want to even think about the numerous other times. I have advised all my friends to start checking their accounts properly as Uber "pits holds on your accounts which never reverses" or takes more than the required tome to reverse. Please be careful guys</p>
<p>I had a package delivered from Durban on the 19 October. When I checked the tracking number PE ********** 21ZA, it seems like this parcel is stuck at the WITSPOS post office and therr is no way to contact them as the number doesn't exist and the SA Post office customer service line just puts you on hold. How is a person supposed to receive any parcels? ! Totally disappointed</p>
<p>I purchased a box of Cerelac infant Cereal from the Woolworths at Dainfern Square, Fourways on 20 July 2016. When I got home, I realised that the Cereal had expired on 12/12/2015. My husband went back to the store to exchange it only to find that all the Cereals were expired!!! Has Woolworths not checked their shelves in over 6 months, why is Woolworths stocking expired baby food? This could be fatal to any baby!! Moms out there, please please be careful of Woolworths baby products. I trusted them due to them being reputable, but now; I am flabbergasted. My infant could've been very ill due to this which is a real eye opener for me. </p>
I previously had 2 vehicles installed with a Tracker. In September, I sent Tracker an email to remove vehicle 2 and add on a new vehicle as I had sold vehicle 2 and purchased a new vehicle. They miraculously managed to add the new vehicle but have been debiting my account since September for the vehicle which I sold. upon contacting them, they advised that they were \investigating"and later that they would refund me(response only happened in December). But they have still managed to debit my account incorrectly in December for 3 vehicles And I have received no refund(4 months of incorrect debiting). This is not the first time that Tracker has incorrectly billed me. Please be wary guys - I am currently looking at moving service providers - I would rather use someone who won't rob me in broad daylight! !!"""
