I made an International payment of 135 USD using my Nedbank account on the 3rd of April, which on the 8th of April Nthabi Phiri recieved an email at around 09AM requesting additional information such as name and DOB. Nthabi then only send me the email on the 9th of April at around 05PM, by then I already had been charged the commissions and fees for the transaction. I had then buried again about the payment on the 14th April and had no reply, then again the 18th April with no reply. By then my friend had needed the funds as FNB and Standard bank can never take this long. I had then spoke to Sarita and around the 19th and said that I needed to make alternative arrangements to send the funds so rather return my funds to me as I can not be paying for commissions with no services rendered. Till today which is the 30th of April no funds have beeb returned. I am being told I might need to pay more charges and there matter is now with bank of America and there is no turnaround this can take forever even upto 3 years. If the information was sent on the 9th as per my request then funds would've went to my friend, however due to the incompetence of nedbank being lazy and not sending all the Information on time I have to sit with such an issue. I me er have support there is me er any assistance. Also bank of America continuously asks for more Information. I mean it's not rocket science. I am very upset about the service recieved and incompetence ot only from nedbank but bank of America as well by holding my funds for no reason. I have also requested the email as to when my initial information that was sent on the 18th and nedbank refuses to send it. I wish my banker as well would take care and service the clients with priority. I should nor be paying g extra charges and the first commissions for the incompetence of the staff of nedbank and bank of america. Please note that this is not about the money, but the principal as it seems no clients funds are safe using nedbank and bank of America. Imagine beeing told this can take very long and mayb even 3 years
About 4 months ago i booked accomodstion for two people and paid a very large amount. At the time of arrival one of my bosses from cyprus could not be allowed in the country as his documents was not on order. However the one did in correctly. I had then put a request through for a refund and it was approved ive been told il be paid R14 500. I told Sana that please be honest as the company will be deducting from my salary the amount and i was guarenteed a refund. After a long wait there was one done through the card machine and that one never reflected after 10 days as well as till now. I then called my bank and they said the company was still suppose to approve and release it. Its now been 4 months and im being played with and **** to sana has **** and said she CCD me in an email which was never done, she only did it a few days ago when i was there. On that day i said prove it she said ohh my laptops not with me. I was given some cashas number with a promise and guarentee she will sort or answer my calls. Since mondsy she has not answered she has rep**** once to an sms and is now ignoring me. Its now not about the money its the principal behind it. I am being **** to and played with. Everytime i get there, there is a new story. I cant be given any proof of funds released. The staff is always in meetings or on leave. I am looking for someone that can assist and not lie to there clients. I have told the company i have not recieved the funds and they under the impression i am lying and stole the money as im requesting them to pay me. I have been very patient for almost 4 months and i can not sleep on this now.
i am highly disappointing and irate, due to the incompetence of the vodashop at nelson Mandela square in sandton city and due to all the lies from the store as the manager was of no use and the consultant by the name of Gladys i will now be having six contracts cancelled with in the week, i am so happy that as a General Manager of an Global company, i would never allow this to ever happen to any of my clients. I have been with vodacom from day one 1 , how ever i do own contracts with MTN, Telkom and Cell C with no issues, i Guess they just made six more contracts happen well done. I do have all the recorded calls of my discussion with them yesterday that i will be posting shortly. i have to give an applause where its due, that with the online upgrades i had no problems unfortunately the store is costing the loss of customers as the complaints are endless, i chose to still stay with vodacom in the past whilst knowing others have had issues, i also had a small issue with there upgrade on my s8 last year and chose to stay, but 6 will be cancelled and 1 will stay with them unfortunately. My advise never trust some one that does not know how to take care of client and has no idea of how to manage the store and manage the staff PS: Vodashop owner, please have your staff trained, i assume you do not know the staff you hire
<p>on the 22-23 of april, i spoke to a consultant regarding my upgrade for my preorder of the samsung S8, which was confirmed and agreed upon. on the 25 april, a lady contacted us stating that the delivery will be done in 3 working days. on the 28 april i called confirming my waybill number in order for me to keep track on this but to my suprise the upgrade had not gone in for confirmation, which the lady forgot to do, i then spoke to GIDI, she apaently is a team leader, which i highly doubt. She had then advised that there nothing they can do not even a manger can assist with, she said well i must then rather cancel and go take it out a store, but in an arrogant tone of voice. She refused to further assist me, then requested for her manager to call me she said they wont help you. i then spoke to Thsepiso, who advised me morne or monye will call me in an hour, but to my surprise he is not in today. I do not mind recieving my phone after the public holidays if they had respect and was not arrogant. Gidi also advised me that she cant tell who i spoke to it does not show, after like 1 minute of arguing it mysteriously started showing on the system. a lady from confirmations called me who was very nice to me, if they had been like her i wouldve agreed to everything. I needed to know why vodacom services are so bad. the first lady that called for the uprade i advised her that il take it at a store she then advised me no you will pay extra, which i dont mind. But to note i am a sales manager and decided since she called me id let her have the COMM.</p>
