The decision to purchase a vehicle took about half a day and was filled with unnecessary hurdles, ultimately causing the deal to stall without any remorse. The service provided was completely a waste of my time! They sent me from pillar to post with numerous enquiries, treating me like a ********. The customer service left me feeling unimpressed. Pricing a car as if buying it from me is like a favour.
Rude, unconcerned, judgement and very unfriendly service from service
I went to Foto first located in the Middelburg mall to have some documents bonded using a binding machine, having my transparent cover pages and the hard back covers for all the documents. On 21st Nov 2021 A lady that first welcomed me was polite enough and she quoted me R25 per document. I was having an impression it would much cheaper bearing in mind that I brought my covers. I was trying to see if I can get a better deal by speaking to the middle age caucasian lady who was able to beat the price down for me at long last. My problem was a middel aged caucasian who was working at Foto first who stormed uninvited to cause Chaos while I was conversing with the other ladies. He was rude, aggressive, disrespective ,arrogant and lack good manners. He was trying to insult me as a client and was posing terrible questions with bad attitudes and gestures towards me. The CCTV footage can be viewed... As for the Caucasian lady I am very impressed..as the the other Male...honestly he deserved to be fired!
Surfing the cars on autodealer website was a bitter experience. Dealers lied about the conditions of their vehicles and presented ticked green marks as if their advertised vehicle are in a state of the arts conditions only to see that it's on the contrary when you viewed the cars and drives them or worst to discovered that a dealership advertised a car for 2007 model and after you paid for the car you were issued with 2005 car papers. I bought am A class benze from TNC Exclusive Cars 11 Tom Jones Street, Benoni Tel: ********** 219 . Cell: ********** 922 Email: ********** The A class benze was advertised as 2007 on autodealer website and gum tree with all the features said to be in a good condition. Car has multiple debts and scratches that were not stated in the advert (I don't mind fixing those). But the terrible part of it all was that after having paid the money for the car, I was given an invoice that the car was 2006 model, then the most shocking thing was that the car's paper was actually 2005 when I was given. I asked why such discrepancy cos I believe I paid for a 2007 A class benze and not 2005. The sales man hung on me over the phone and the manager of the branch just said he was sorry to me only. I was fraudulently made to buy a 2005 car under the pretence that I paid for 2007 car.
I was given inhuman, disdain and very embarasing treatment at the Capitec branch on OR Thambo street in Middelburg today at around 1pm. I am General practitioner by profession and I walked into the branch this afternoon hoping to open an account for my practice. The lady that I first met who gave me the tally number of 160 actually needs a job else where and not your bank. She took my bank account statment from the Nedbank which I presented as the proof of residence plus my SA ID and after going through it said I can't have my account opened with Capitec bank. I asked my she said one initial is not in my bank statenent. She took all the documents to one chap at the till. Both of them concluded that I can't have an account with Capitec because my full name is JAA Ogungbire but the proof of residence which hapoened to be my Nedbank bank statement has only JA ogungbire. I demanded to see the bank manager. , so the lady went in to speak to the bank manager and later she came out to say I can go ahead to open the account and she gave me a talky number of 160. I was ushered into the till to see a service provider who in addition ruined my day by adding insults on my injuries. The consultant started querrying that my place of birth is Nigeria why can I be using SA ID with 089 last three digits? I explained that I got naturalized about 7years go and I even showed her my copy of SA international traveling passport. She decided to call the home office, which seemed to have closed by the time the call was made. I demanded to see the manager once more. A man named Moses came up to me as identified by his name as the branch manager. He was very rude with attitude and the only thing he was stressing was my place of birth was nigeria and my SA ID is supposed to be 189 and not 089. He called a lady over the phone and I wasn't sure what they discussed. I asked the manager that I wish to speak to the lady he just spoken to before he going up. I gave the lady on the other side if the phone my piece of mind. And that I was give a sordid and ****py treatment right from the moment I walked into the bank plus the bank is XENOPHOBIC to me. The branch manager told me to leave my documents and he would call me on Wednesday next week, the offer which I declined. I will rather go elsewhere where I will be treated with dignity and respect. Kindly tell all your branches most especially the Middelburg bran that gave me this terrible treatment that when people are born elswhere and they come to South Africa they get naturalized and become SA citizen. My ID clearly stated I am a South Africa citizen and place of birth Nigeria. Cheers John Mobile number : ********** 170
