We now fear for our lives. A vicious took place between Thursday and Friday and criminal cases being pursued against one of the dealership that bought a vehicle from me. Whilst I am currently travelling, the dealer arrived at my property, staked out my home for more than an hour, Physically abused my fiancé, made threats against me and my fiancé (Whatsapp messages are also available), stole/took items from my house as “collateral” and I was also told that I am messing with the mafia and that I would find my fiancé in their car boot when I arrive home. We have also pursued a Crimen Injuria case due to seriously ****phobic attacks. This dealer arrived with multiple persons at my home where he was completely defenseless. I am pursuing interviews with multiple media outlets to have this taken further as this has now caused fear of living. Dealership called Ezmed Lifestyle also known as TNC Exclusives Weelee response is that they have not worked with the dealer in quite some time although vehicle was only sold in June 2022.

My Name is Hlayisani Mabasa, I was referred to Mzikayise Greyham Hamilton Skosana for him to assist me in buying a car, I’ve followed all procedures in place that is needed in making an enquiry to buy a car, I did send to him all documentations as per the agreement and sign a declaring or rather an Application form of which all my attempt to be approved has been declined due to the credit payment history. Mr Skosana at first introduced to me a way of uplifting/ Tampering with the credit scoring for banks to approve the finance application which I believe is against the credit law set by NCR for clients to qualify on merit, Most of the client’s he assisted he charged them an amount of R3000.00 for him to Tamper with the credit scoring in order for clients to qualify which I classify it as fraudulent, During the process he advised me to stop making enquiries because my score will go back to its origin, which proves to me that there is a fraudulent activity behind the approval, He demanded a deposit, I paid Mzikayise Greyham Skosana an amount of R1500.00 to his FNB account for him to start assisting me, knowing that I am committing fraud little did I know that I am also being scammed, he works under his registered company called isqobo esbomvu group with Registration number K2019610303, He works with Various dealerships including xclusive cars and Auto deal of which they are not aware of the fraud he does to have cars sold I have all the evidence of the transaction that happened between me and him as I believe based on the NCR law, all clients need to be subjected to a proper affordability and vetted in to any credit application To me this has been a wake-up call not to commit fraud to have my application to be approved, All dealers and clients who he assisted paid him to have their credit scoring tampered, which means lenders borrowed money to clients who are over committed, being declined by the bank is not bad luck, but Affordability.

The vehicle is advertised as 170000km’s, vehicle actual kilos are more by close to 30000km’s. I phoned the sales consultant to negotiate the price and was told I could come in and buy it at 55000 but that was not the case when I got to the dealership. The vehicle has so much faults, the handbrake light is on, body of vehicle is not as seen on pics, electric windows not functional and car vibrates when it brakes. The lights are all misty and not clear on the road. I’m so disappointed in this sale. The owner has no regard for his clients at all.

Surfing the cars on autodealer website was a bitter experience. Dealers lied about the conditions of their vehicles and presented ticked green marks as if their advertised vehicle are in a state of the arts conditions only to see that it's on the contrary when you viewed the cars and drives them or worst to discovered that a dealership advertised a car for 2007 model and after you paid for the car you were issued with 2005 car papers. I bought am A class benze from TNC Exclusive Cars 11 Tom Jones Street, Benoni Tel: ********** 219 . Cell: ********** 922 Email: ********** The A class benze was advertised as 2007 on autodealer website and gum tree with all the features said to be in a good condition. Car has multiple debts and scratches that were not stated in the advert (I don't mind fixing those). But the terrible part of it all was that after having paid the money for the car, I was given an invoice that the car was 2006 model, then the most shocking thing was that the car's paper was actually 2005 when I was given. I asked why such discrepancy cos I believe I paid for a 2007 A class benze and not 2005. The sales man hung on me over the phone and the manager of the branch just said he was sorry to me only. I was fraudulently made to buy a 2005 car under the pretence that I paid for 2007 car.
