I have been experiecing bad service with this company, when you want your refund they give you runaround and end up not taking your calls, but when you owe them they will send sherrifs to lock you out
I stay in Devland Gardens Protea Metering is ****ing every tenant, I bought Electricity with R500 it was finished in 2 weeks time, bare in mind with my tracking i can use R100 in 1 week, They hide Behind Incorrect invoicing, what they do is You recharge with a +500 before invoice your Balance becomes R-500, then invoice you maybe R600, after a day or 2, then your electricity goes off owing R100 to them, they will advise you its Water consumption, then you Recharge with R150, they take R100, your new balance will be R50, then recharge with R100 after a week they invoice you higher again that when you recharge they take what you owe, there is a Shared services i found myself Owing R81 after they have invoiced me, that in a month you buy electricity worths 1000, the calculation is forged.
I took a loan from Fin choice, 3 years ago, i settled the account in 2019, Ever since i have been fighting a huge battle to have the account closed on my credit listing it still shows as open, i tried to log a dispute, the account was closed now it is open, If Fin choice did their job to update the accounts, why were they closed and re opened on note that the account is paid up in full and paid up letter was issued.

I had an Account with Fin choice of which i settled it in December 2020 through Saya Recoveries one of their collecting Agencies, I have sent through numerous emails to their Department requesting them to Update my Credit record as it shows accounts are still open, so much for settling an account 7 months down the line the account is still open but settled, Why ? they do not even respond to emails, why authorise a Paid up letter and never close the account yet causes arrears ?.

Mr Skosana at first introduced to me a way of uplifting/ Tampering with the credit scoring for banks to approve the finance application which I believe is against the credit law set by NCR for clients to qualify on merit, Most of the client’s he assisted he charged them an amount of R3000.00 for him to Tamper with the credit scoring in order for clients to qualify which I classify it as fraudulent, During the process he advised me to stop making enquiries because my score will go back to its origin, which proves to me that there is a fraudulent activity behind the approval, He demanded a deposit, I paid Mzikayise Greyham Skosana an amount of R1500.00 to his FNB account for him to start assisting me, knowing that I am committing fraud little did I know that I am also being scammed, he works under his registered company called isqobo esbomvu group with Registration number K2019610303, He works with Various dealerships including xclusive cars and Auto deal of which they are not aware of the fraud he does to have cars sold I have all the evidence of the transaction that happened between me and him as I believe based on the NCR law, all clients need to be subjected to a proper affordability and vetted in to any credit application To me this has been a wake-up call not to commit fraud to have my application to be approved, All dealers and clients who he assisted paid him to have their credit scoring tampered, which means lenders borrowed money to clients who are over committed, being declined by the bank is not bad luck, but Affordability.
