I bought a couch and ottoman on Saturday afternoon and also laybyed a few other items and the sale purchase items were delivered on the same day. On Sunday I went back to the store upon realising that the couch was a left unit and not a right unit and the ottoman occupying the space, I returned to the store to explain that they gave me the wrong end couch and require an exchange and a return on the ottoman but the funds be redirected to my laybye. I was told I’d get a response on Tuesday which didn’t happen, I sent an email today only to be called and told they can’t help me. I’m very disappointed because this means I’m forced to keep a couch that doesn’t work for my space and an ottoman I have no use for. I’m really disappointed in your service and to think I still have a few more items I took out on laybye 🥺
To say I’m disappointed with Mweb is an understatement. We took out a package with Mweb the 1st week of December to date we still don’t have joy from this provider 😩. We cancelled services from our previous provider when we moved to the area and this has been the biggest regret. We have not been able to watch our smart tv, I work from home and have had to daily spend money to work in coffee shops. They eventually sent us a router over a week ago which is not even connecting because our unit doesn’t have ONT cabling. What’s funny in all of this is how on the same day we received the router we were billed and have an outstanding balance due despite not being able to access services since December. We were told they’d send a technician, I’m sure this will be done next year December again. I’m honestly over MWEB and their bad service
I honestly don’t know why I still bother with dstv. Like how do you decide to suspend services if one only reactivated the services on the 6th of Jan after a full year of not using your service due to bad history??? Like make it make sense? I try to make a payment and I’m told I have to pay R1100 instead of the R690 rate that they proposed for 3 months if I reactivate my account. I’m honestly at my pits end with dstv..:. I don’t even know why I bother coming on board again
I booked 4 nights at this hotel hoping to get some peace and quiet and I must say I am totally disappointed. This was my first and definitely last time there. 4 nights of total waste. So not value for money
There’s nothing I regret more than choosing rain as a service provider! It’s always one thing after another. On Sunday my son mistakenly dropped the router and it has since been off and won’t switch on. We drove all the way to the store to try and get the hardware replaced and we were told they couldn’t help us because my husband has to personally come in (we are talking about someone who is outside of the country), despite me having his personal ID and every confirmation of details, they wouldn’t help us. I then resorted to calling the call centre and they advised they would log a call and someone would call us back on Monday, this is still not done. Imagine the frustration caused by this whilst working from home and having kids who do online learning. I’ve heard enough of rain and this is not the first time we experience incompetency issues…
I’ve written a few complaints about Rain service and a refund that is due, this is still not processed back into my account despite their router being collected last year already. Instead all they did was send the courier company to come and demand the router which I had already sent through. Get your ducks in order RAIN! Your disorganisation is annoying.
I’m highly frustrated with rain. I’ve been speaking to them since beginning of the month for a refund and cancellation. Device was collected but refund is still not paid.
I’m totally annoyed with rain. 4 days later and my refund is still not processed. I took out a line with rain upon checking if my area is covered and the big lie was yes there’s coverage. I’ve been so frustrated to a point of signing up with another provider as I work from home and my kids do online schooling. I went into their Roodepoort branch and they informed me the line would be cancelled, to my surprise on the 6th they took money from my account. I’ve been told they will not be able to refund me as the order date was for the 25th, the least would be pro rata which I think is unfair because the line hasn’t been in use. I need my money back because I find it ridiculous paying for services while I’m frustrated.
I went to Edgars mall of africa to get a few things and my eye was caught by a deal I could not say no to. A Gucci flora perfume was mispriced, when I got to the till I was told I could not have it for the price it was marked for. After a very long wait and the cashier blatantly refusing to call the store manager, I then decided to leave. I’m very upset at how this was handled and how I was sold a dream.
Good Day, I'm unhappy with a recent purchase I made from Woolworths Sandton City and Mall of Africa. I got a SMEG toaster and kettle which were not matching the SMEG standard. The kettle I got was a demo to which I agreed to the purchase but I have been very dissatisified as the matte finish is not really matte and the stains cannot be cleaned out.
