My claim experience with OUTsurance was exceptional. The personnel really prioritised customer experience and convenience. Staying in contact and trying to reach me without relenting. My phone was replaced in literally 24 hours after the claim was logged. What a relief.
I recently claimed from Outsurance for a lost/****** phone. They made my life so much easier. When I missed thier calls from alternative numbers, they continued to follow up to ensure that I get to replace my phone and get back to normalcy. I am happy I have a policy with them.
I would like to show my appreciation to the dealership for caring. I had a little issue with a car I purchased and they sorted it out. My husband and I love our car. In pristine condition. Mit Mak is a reliable dealership which responds to customers' needs and that is everything. What I would like to encourage is communication. We are very understanding people. If for instance something cannot be done today, that is okay, I don't like to be assured that something is going to be done today and then no communication when it cannot be done. I would give 5 out 5 however communication could use some work.
We were so excited about our new car, a great car might I add. However in less than 24 hours the brake pads/break disc light went on, my husband contacted the guy who had helped us buy the car Shaun Cook, sending him a picture the warning light. Communication has been poor to say the least. After promising to come and pick up the car and ensure that we can have a peace of mind. He did not even show up or even say when the problem would be resolved. I was so impressed with what they offer after sales especially when you have taken the warranty with them. All I have been left with is great disappointment.
I would like to recognise Ms Baloyi at MAPA, the most helpful human you will ever find. She helps it doesn't matter how small the order is or whether there is business that will come through. As a hustler always looking for business, I always need reliable quotes, product prices, product specifications and she is always ready to offer that assistance.
I have received such shocking service from TURNER MORRIS. They sold to be a faulty machine, it started giving me problems from the third use. It has been in and out of their workshop since then. I have asked numerous times for my money back or a new machine. They want to pin the problems on me and most despicable practice they have sent me a message threatening me to take down my review. I would implore anyone wanting to get machines to make sure you do not go to this place. Just shocking behavior!
