Failure to assist a customer

Hi, My husband Kreeshen purchased a VW polo 1.6 from Imperial Select in May 2014,at the Oakdene Branch. However when he went to renew his drivers/vehicle licence, he was advised that he couldn't, as he had 2 enforcement orders and a warrant of arrest against his name. so Kreeshen went to further investigate what was being told to him as he received no notifications for fines. he went to JMPD in central JHB,where he was given a printout showing the date and times of the incident. The incident took place while the vehicle was still at the dealership.. Enforcement order 1 & 2 : 29/5/2014 @ 06:39 am R1120.00

Great Service received

Hi, I just have a compliment to give to Thapelo Masinga, who was the supervisor on the floor when I called in, regarding the increase on my Miway premium. I was not happy with the increase, he assisted me in reducing my premium, although my access was pushed up, my monthly premium was reduced to an affordable amount. This was greatly appreciated. Poor Management & Control over the Freezers

Hi, My mother bought Chicken from Spar, the date said 31/01/2015. she was about to prepare that chicken on the 28/01/2015. when she opened the chicken for preparation, to her surprise it had an awful smell. she does not have transport to go back to the Spar right now, and has asked me to lay this complaint. All items sold should be checked regularly in order to ensure that customers do not end up in a situation like this. this could be one of two things, either Spar had received them in the store spoilt, or the dates on the packaging was changed and put back on the shelf. please can someone get back to me with feedback. This is unacceptable as we do not live in Edenvale, my mum was in the area and decided to shop at that Spar. we are in Germiston. Regards Arisha
