3D Secure Security Issue on Virgin Money Credit Card
I'm trying to sort out the 3D Secure security setup on my Virgin Money card as I'm unable to currently make online payments, which is proving to be a bigger and bigger hassle. I have called ABSA's 3D Secure call centre on a few occasions and every time I'm told that the password/PIN has been reset and that an SMS will be sent to me to confirm the PIN. The SMS is never received and the situation remains unchanged - every transaction is declined because my card cannot be authenticated when I'm making online payments. This has been an infuriating experience with a product that I've otherwise had no problems with. What do I have to do to solve the issue?

Vodacom must stop using Elite Mobile to do their Contract Customers Upgrades.One gets subscribed to Services: "Hotspotter" and "Techtrace" without being informed about it or agreeing to it.As soon as I received SMS regarding these services being activated I called and requested to have them cancelled and to ask more information about them.Additional Cost involved for these Services for which I did not agree to or was informed about-Total Scam.After receiving confirmation of cancellation of these Services my Bank Account was still debited for both services.For not getting any joy from both Vodacom or Elite Mobile I was left with no other choice to cancel my upgrade and my contract with Vodacom.Vodacom should investigate Elite Mobile for fraudulently selling additional Services and stealing people's money.I will not leave this as is and will take legal action against both Elite Mobile and Vodacom.
