3 cell phone contracts were *****ulently taken out on my mother's name. After we have brought it to their attention, let her do an affidavit and send all the proof to them as well as a clip from "Die Beeld" stating that it had happened to other people as well, not a word from them. I cancelled her debit order with the bank and only paid the amount that is due on her actual contract. At the end of February they demanded payment of the outstanding amount and threatened to block her phone from making calls. Which they actually did. After a screaming match with them they unblocked her phone but has to this date not given us any feedback on the situation, not even an acknowledgement.

VERY HELPFULL
I just like to thank the male person at your inquiries desk for his friendliness and helpfulness. He helped me replace my debit card and set up my internet banking again after the OTM ate my card. Everything was done in under 1/2 an hour. Excellent service!!!!! A 10/10 for him! Unfortunately I did not get his name

BAD ATTITUDE
Good day<br> <br> I was browsing your store yesterday and upon leaving, the security guard wanted to search my handbag. I requested her to show me the sign that says they will search your handbag in the alternative a search warrant. She was not able to and I refused that she searches my handbag. It was not the searching that agitated me but the guard's attitude. She refused to let me out of the shop unless she searched my handbag. Fact of the matter is I am 1.80 meters tall and very visible. My handbag is 30cm x 20cm. How on earth would I fit a top, pants or shoes in there even if I wanted to. I ended up emptying my bag to the security guard and told her that I will never come into their shop again because of her attitude. I would rather drive an extra 20km and go shop at Contempo in Wonderpark.l
