Unfortunately the rating scale does not include a Zero, so I had to give a 1 star even though it is not deserved. We went to Mozambik Groenkloof on its birthday today, expecting a nice evening enjoying the advertised Prawn Special. What an absolute disaster. Initially we were served fairly quickly with drinks and food order taken. With the late arrival of one of our members, he had to bear waiting for his drink no less than twenty minutes. No mention was made at the time of order that chips we ordered with the Prowns were no longer available, which we only discovered when the first two portions of Prawns came with measely portions of rice, almost an hour and a half after having been ordered. Following this, the remaining three portions of Prawns were brought with very skimpy portions of vegies. Upon enquiring, we were notified that chips were no longer available, and they also ran out of rice, hence vegies were the only other side available. Our grandson was upset not having been given chips, and asked for Pizza. This also was not available. No forks were available, only knives. We demanded to see the manager who also disappeared into thin air. When walking out with the intention of not paying, the waitress was as quick as a flash to collect payment. This, having been our first and last visit to the Mozambik restaurant reminds me of a very profound statement - You never have a second chance at making a first impression.
Had excellent service from both Shakiri Masango and Nombuso Vilankulu with regard to updating and changes to my policies.
Speedy delivery, even sooner than indicated at time of order. Unfortunately, this time around, I ordered the wrong devices and had to return (my mistake). I took the parcel to the Geewiz offices located in Linbro Park and was served by Fairlynne in a super-fast, friendly and efficient manner. I have ordered a number of items from Geewiz in the past and never stood disappointed. Well done!
Ordered @ 22h00 on Wednesday, was delivered by 12h the next day. Amazing Service and friendly delivery. If only all on-line vendors would provide the same service.. well done guys!!
I ordered a WD Enterprise Gold Hard Disk on 20 April 2022. Today, 7 June 2022, 6 weeks and 6 days later, a WD Blue PC Disk arrived, also poorly packaged. I phoned them, and after having waited for a very long time, was asked to emial them photographs of the product. Will keep on posting comments i.r.o. their rectification of this debacle.
