Great service from Dischem Phoenix Plaza.
I just want to commend the service I received today from Sneh, a pharmacist from the Phoenix Plaza branch. They were out of stock and there was a misunderstanding but she handled it with professionalism and compassion. ****ty online experience....don't ever buy
If I could give a negative score I would. Bought something online for black Friday and was advised there's still no stock. Came into the store and was advised there is stock but not to fulfil online orders. If Pick n Pay can't participate in the online segment than remove yourself completely instead of providing ahitty customer service.1 reply

Do not sign up
If I could allocate a zero, I would. Terrible service for a migration, been debited incorrectly, incurred additional bank fees and yet still no call. Back and forth on email with no actual resolution.0 replies

Don't sign up with ADT....terrible service!!!
Absolutely terrible service...pointless being with this security company as there is no security provided...no response when alarm goes off and no call back. Technician was called to sort out for beams and no response, feedback or call back since 18January20231 reply

Terrible service!
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online. There had been no contact since and no tracking. I have emailed through a query - no response or call back. I called through head office and was said Bilal was going to call me back, no response there. Nobody should use this online store, to get this terrible online service in 2021 is pathetic!1 reply
