My outbound is meant to be reflecting in my account TODAY - R0 paid. The email I received says 19 February - it's an automatic payment that gets paid directly into my account...My account received - R0...Am I the one who cannot read? I have met all the requirements and still have no claims made in the recent past...
Previous query not resolved. Make me understand this. I am on Debt Review - all of a sudden my interest has increased. My statements show the following on wat the interest was - 25/11 - R1418.02 on 25/12 - R1362.04 and in Feb this year it is R1875.02...AND THERE WAS NO PAYMENT MISSED...It is so nauseating that this is treated with such arrogance. WHY HAS MY INTEREST INCREASED SO MUCH?
With recent interest decreases and an agreed interest rate based on the fact that I am under debt review - the interest rate on one of my loans has increased by R400 (from R1400 to R1800). How does this happen? What happened to the agreement? How does this jump happen?
I keep on getting a message that my Credit Card is overdue and that the full outstanding balance is required. I am on DebtReview - You have accepted the payment terms - the arrangement has been running for 4 months already!!! Recent payment was made on the 15th of October!!! Why am I still viewed under normal payment terms. Stop sending me this message!!!!
January is supposed to be a payment break on personal loans. FNB has debited the full amount for both loans. Both loans are up to date - with no payment missing!!! % I want this reversed with no excuse!!! I do not want a conversation around it - I want it fixed. This is utter *******! PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE FOR THIS ACCOUNTS AS THEY WERE BEING PAID MONTH ON MONTH!!!
I have been trying to get a hold of our complex portfolio manager. No calls are returned and no response to an urgent email. It's become a norm where you leave countless message and receive no response.
Currently awaiting for assidtance for a refund - loan has a prepayment. Bank sent me confirmation that I could request a refund for over 2 months. No one seems to know what I am talking about, meanwhile I have a confirmation email from the bank.
I am unable to get anyone to resolve my call. I received the following email on the 18th of March. Kindly be advised your FNB Personal Loan account - 4-000-***-472-*** has a Prepayment(credit) which can cover 2 months installments. As per our telephonic conversation the debit orders cant be stopped as per your credit agreement and the Debi check mandate that is active. Please note that if the debit order for the FNB Personal Loan - 4-000-***-472-*** is processed, we can send a refund request that will take up to 48 business hours. These were the exact words from the bank!!!! I WANT THE REFUND IN 48 HOURS as per their email and not the run around that I am currently getting.
FNB has been the worst! I am currently unemployed and have tried my utter best to ensure that all debt is paid and up to date. I have asked FNB to restructure or give me a payment break for 3 months and they have REFUSED!!! My accounts are not behind - they even rejected a claim on my Life Insurance which could've assisted. I am able to at least keep up with the interest - and still they said no.
I have yet received another sms stating that my KYC is not updated, and that my account will be put on hold. On the 25th of March I received an email stating that all holds were removed (as per next sentence) - The KYC department do accept the ID book with Barcode as proof of identification. We have done investigation on our side and it was noted that the Green bar-coded ID on file is not clear. We also note that the holds were uplifted from your account. Sincere apologies for the delays and any inconveniences caused - signed by Shaymah Feldman. No one explained that the copy of my ID which was unclear would be an issue later. WHAT THE HELL IS EXPECTED OF ME!!! Can this be finalised accordingly - so that I can move forward. Is my ID not proof enough? Am I not verified by fingerprinting when I am at the bank? Am I required to apply for a new ID card - and what are the timelines on your side so that we can get this over and done with? I hope that before clarity is given and enough timelines are given to sort the issue out - MY ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE PUT ON HOLD AGAIN. Furthermore you were given a document stating that my identity had been ****** hence I do not have the ID card which you assume I have.
