I received a broken/torn shoe. I collected the shoe on 15/09/2023, I emailed them the same day to tell them that the shoe is broken and asked if I can return the shoe then they can credit my profile as i want to use that money for future purchases. Alicia Cloete responded to my email and she advised she will speak to her manager and will get back to me, I have been following up since, I even called in and she still said she will get back to me. Today on 02 October I followed up again and she came back with a response that they can't credit or refund me for the shoe. This is really upsetting. I've wasted my time and energy trying to reach out and I've also wasted my money with a shoe that I have to throw away
I took out a service plan which I cancelled the next day. I received an email to confirm the cancellation. A few days later I checked my installment amount on the app and it had increased, I called them and I was advised it will take 14 days to update, 14 days had passed, I called again and I was told it will be escalated. I called again 2 days before my debit order went off and I was told they will make sure the correct amount will go off my account but that was not the case. I called again on Monday 27 September and they gave me a turnaround time of 48 hours for feedback, no feedback has been received. I called AGAIN this morning, the lady I spoke to left me on hold for 30 minutes and she came back to me and said "a manager will call you back right now" and I'm still waiting for the call.
I ordered a phone on 24/02/2021, they debited my account on 26/02/2021 and I was given a turnaround time of 48 hours to receive my phone, I have been calling and following up, I even asked for a manager and was advised my request has been escalated. On Monday the 08/03/2021 I called again and was advised the phone I want is out of stock, the consultant would escalate to a manager to contact me, today is the 10/03/2021, I have not received a call or any communication from telkom. The communication and service from telkom is the worst
The worst insurance ever, I took out cover for my phone in 2019, I lost my phone recently and when I submitted a claim I was told I am not covered because I didn't submit pictures of my phone or they were unclear when I took out the cover and they declined my claim, I have been paying for insurance since 2019 and now that I have a claim, I'm given stories, this is the worst insurance company
They sold me a S**** car. Bought my car in July last year and I've had endless problems since then. They are not willing to change the car because they know it's s****, my car is in for repairs for the 4th time if not more.. highly annoyed!
