Disappointed as a loyal member didn't get anything for my birthday and when asked about a relationship bonus at least I was told sorry no . Really Disappointed guys you always come through

I was a massive fan of HollywoodBets for years however I have come to find out that there is never any reward for loyalty. Over the last few days , I have been given loyalty bonus and credit from 3 different competitors, others offer loyalty points and also from time to time give actual money back. That makes one feel loyal and looked after. Seems that HollywoodBets only allows deposits and one must wait for their birthday to get something small . Why cant you reward us loyal customers with something? I hope this gets take seriously because your competitors will take customers from you.

Really disappointed, was told I have a relationship bonus and than after waiting was than told it was an oversight sorry. For a loyal fan this isn't the treatment I expected. Let me down big time
I cannot express my dissatisfaction on the service and incompetence regarding my withdrawal claim. I have requested this escalated serveral times and after taking my own time to send over a dozen emails I keep getting the same answer. YES I UNDERSTAND HOW THE PROCESS WORKS, I SENT THE SAME PROCESS TO THE CONSULTANTS AND STILL THEY KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING. it really is a let down especially as i held you guys in the highest regard but this isn't right I chose to withdraw the full amount , however I got paid 1 portion and the other was put back into the retirement portion which was not my request. You tell me to use the amazing app or website and I did and now I'm told I can't get my entire claim Before agents are name dropped , I am sincerely requesting a complaints resolution manager to contact me

I paid for my flight online, and all was great. The flight was superb. However, a few days later, I than get debited again From 01.09 I get a response saying back log of refunds , u find this unacceptable as this should be SA premiere airline. Mtn advertised if you upgrade in November you will get a R500 take alot voucher. I had such a great experience with the consultant who assisted me but I Never got my voucher I have been with Mtn for over a decade now and this is my 5th upgrade Surely a loyal client should deserve an advertised gift.
