Good Day I bought L Shape couches from Sevens last year end of October 2017 for a Whopping R74,500.00 . I was promised that the couches are Genuine Leather. and they wont loose the white colour. to our surprise in December 2017 the white colour of the couches where peeling off barely less that 2 month. I then contacted Sevens and i was referred to Management at head office. They then promised to replace couches. They came to my place with the replacement couches. But they then started with stories to say the couches where damaged by us. I have a chain of emails to support all these. CCD couriers have made arrangement with me on three different occasion to deliver my FNB premier Card. On three occasion they failed to arrive. They also failed to make a call to tell me that their not coming. I had to call them all the time to ask them whats happening... its two weeks now... i still havent recieved my FNB card. Shocking shocking service. THeir call centre staff also have bad costumer relation and horrible attitude. Please assist me to get my card
I hired avis car... from the 7th and returned the car on the 12th... I see avis this morning has debited account without releasing my initial swipe of more than 4500...now my account is in the negative....and affecting my credit score....please assist with my refund.

Good Day<br> <br> I rented a car at AVIS, car registration DJ12KJ GP on the 16th June I returned the car on Friday last week. on Saturday I noticed that AVIS has debited my account AGAIN....and it has now put my account in NEGATIVE... which is affecting my credit scoring with my bank. Please assist me to ask AVIS to reverse or release my funds. I am very angry.... because my other debit orders could not go through because of AVIS. I need this matter sorted out TODAY..... my bank is on my case with this Negative balance.

<br> Good Day, handed over the car at NEDBANK in March 2014 the instalment was R10144 I paid for three years and by the time I handed over the car it not even in arrears. The arrangement with the bank was that the bank will auction the car and they will come back to me with the shortfall that I should pay. I have never received any correspondence from the bank even though they had my cell numbers,office numbers and the email. since march 2014. However to my surprise I see a debit order of R10139.00 on the 2 may 2015from my bank account. When I call for explanation I am being send from pillar to post whole day. Issue is that, is not like I don't want to pay I needed the bank to get back to me after selling the car.... so that we can arrange how I am going to settle the SHORTFAL. Good Day I have rented a car at avis and each time I renewed the booking they where debiting my account. and my available balance was reducing. I now noticed this morning that avis have AGAIN debited my account with R5007. and my available balance has reduced by the same amount again. Please assist <br> I want my money back!!!!
