Very happy with my online purchase and service received. My only suggestion is online platform and orders should have a tracking system. But on phoning Silver Lakes branch, they were very helpful keeping my online order on track.

Purchased a lounge suite on 25 March 2023. Was told that delivery will take three weeks as the impression was given that the suite is imported. 14 April 2023 I was informed that they cannot offload the containers at the port due to the strong winds. 17 April 2023 I was informed that they cannot deliver due to protests at the Durban Port on 16 April 2023. 18 April 2023 no delivery. 19 April 2023 I am informed that the container is on its way to Johannesburg to offload. I enquired why is it on its way to Johannesburg as the delivery is in Durban at Scottburgh? Only then I was informed THAT THE SUITE HAS BEEN IN JOHANNESBURG ALL ALONG!!! They advise that they use a shipping company ONCE A MONTH to ship orders!!!! Later the same evening I am informed that the shipping company has not finished offloading or loading the container, so guess what, no delivery on 20 April 2023 either!!! You pay an additional hefty amount for delivery only so that they can save on shipping costs and purposefully delay your order FOR A MONTH just because they ship orders once a month!! This is not communicated to you when you make your purchase!!! So for almost a week, every day a different excuse for no delivery!! This is how you treat your cash paying customers, and for one of the most expensive suites in the shop as well! What will the excuse be tomorrow?! #NoDelivery #PoorService #Sevens

I had bought a lounge chair about two years ago from the Umhlanga branch, and the floor protectors got mislaid in use. I took the chair back expecting to pay for whatever repair they could assist with. They were extremely helpful, finding and fitting four spare protectors for me. And they insisted that no payment was needed for this. Thank you Sevens staff for going the extra mile. I would certainly recommend this shop, not only because of their beautiful modern designs but also because of great service.

Bought barstools from this furniture shop and expected delivery second week of January. They phoned to say we must collect the barstools as we were leaving for my husband's memorial service. So, we let them know of the tragedy. Atiya their salesperdon has been sending us rude messages. Threatning to add more money if we don't collect the barstools. We went to fetch them on the 14th friday they refused to give us the barstools. The reason is that they are in their warehouse. I've just received a message from their Atiya that we must come fetch barstools on Monday.

BAD BAD SERVICE Went in to have a look at an upmarket day couch - Store was relatively quiet. In the middle of the sale the sales person left without saying anything and again on his return. When I asked a question he kept his head down and rattled off so quickly I was not able to take in what he was saying. When I challenged him on this he enunciated each word as if I was mentally challenged. When I told him I did not want to deal with him he said that is fine, there is my manager, you can tell him. When I reported this to his manager there was no attempt to apologize and make right!!!!!

Good Day I bought L Shape couches from Sevens last year end of October 2017 for a Whopping R74,500.00 . I was promised that the couches are Genuine Leather. and they wont loose the white colour. to our surprise in December 2017 the white colour of the couches where peeling off barely less that 2 month. I then contacted Sevens and i was referred to Management at head office. They then promised to replace couches. They came to my place with the replacement couches. But they then started with stories to say the couches where damaged by us. I have a chain of emails to support all these.
