My complaint is based on the action of a toilet cleaner at Signet Terrace everytime I am there she picks me out and excludes me from other patrons what disappoints me the most is that I reported this to the manager of the toiltets after speaking to him said I must go to tell the cleaner I spoke to Mr P because he wants her to shake a bit I could tell he was not interested to go and mediate he also took long to come . Strangely when he got there he is the one who shook a lot at some point he would selectively listen and responded to things that were not mentioned. Next thing I was told to go out without a burning issue I brought to him being solved
Dear Sir/ Mam Last week I posted this complaint: I would like to escalate a complaint about one of your cashiers Nosipho, On the 02 May 2018 I purchased at PEP stores, Lenasia Signet terrace (PEP 6125) at around 17:15 to 17:37: Nosipho has an attitude and a character of dishonesty I paid my goods by card, I inserted my Pin code and Nosipho gave me my goods and decided to hide my card, usually as soon as a customer is done with their card transaction the cashier should give them their card back, but not Nosipho didn't and I believe she did this intentionally because it was late, she saw that I was in a hurry and pre- occupied and took advantage of that. Moreover I made another purchase but with cash when I bought airtime, and at that time she had the opportunity to give me my card but she did not, I had many parcels that I left at the parcel counter again she should have used that opportunity to give me back my card but she did not. Second she swiped one top I bought twice instead of once. No one from this PEP Store called me back, I went there myself and spoke to the store manager instead of hearing my complaint she defended the cashier nosipho, and had the gull to tell me it was the machines fault that I wasn't given my card when I should have been given my card and the manager further promised that I would be called on Saturday the 5th and I was not until this day I do not know why I was not called. Yesterday a man called from PEP to tell me he was a manager from the same store and he told me he only replied to my message yesterday because it was a long weekend on the 3rd of May, Surprisingly the 2nd and 3rd of May wasn't a long weekend and he called to tell me how to think and which words to use and not use in my complaint instead of first getting to the bottom of the story or even apologising for his two employees who do no care for customer care, and sounded very defensive also for the two employees yet he said those two people were not there yesterday and he hasn't heard their side of the story but he was ready to defend them and from what I've heard from him he had not investigated yet and only heard from another employee that I was busy with a phone, the same phone which I pressed my pin-code when I was carrying the same phone which I received my items and slip while I was still pressing, so what stopped her from giving me my card as she gave me everything while I was pressing my phone, what silly excuse! And he continued sounding defensive telling me what words I should have used in my message and what not, and for a bit I felt I was spoken to like a child instead of a customer who has been wronged, and seemingly my complaint wasn't taken serious. And he only gave his ingenuine sounding apology at the end of the conversation after convincing me how to think of this whole situation. I was part of the situation I was there, why try to convince me in any way, is there something to hide? My assumption of that shop is that either they don't care of customer care or they are all corrupt really.

<p>I was at the Burger King in Town and I was so disappointed while I was being served I observed a guy moping the floor in the kitchen, while the floor was covered with lots of dirty water the other was preparing the food with his bare hands and no gloves, the other lady came and used cutlery to place the burgers into the rolls. I inquired as to why the other guy didn't cover his hands. The moping guy was quick to answer and tell me gloves have germs more than human hands, I asked since when is this because common hygiene practice is wearing gloves. And I told him why he didn’t use the cutlery at least to pick the rolls like the lady did when she put the burgers in the bread.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they all tried to convince me that they wash their hands every hour and sanitise every now and then and that Burger King's policy is not to use gloves at all , but how do I know for sure as a customer that they wash they hands as much as they say they do am I there when this guy is from the toilet to check if he really washes his hands , they called the manager from the office because I wanted to verify what they told me via the manager, and since she came from the office then when last did she check if the guy really washed or sanitised his hands?</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead of retracing and make the burgers with gloves or pick them with cutlery they continued to forcibly convince me with arrogance. Even when I told them I will never support a Burger king outlet they insisted that other food outlets do that too I can check for myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Obviously I did not eat the rolls and gave them to a beggar in the street; just ate the meat and chips because I wasn’t comfortable eating the rolls for obvious reasons and being saddened by the whole thing of my needs not being met, Is it fair that I pay a full price for a burger and not be able to eat the whole meal because parts of it are not handled hygienically?</p> <p> </p> <p>And this time I won't be happy with just an apology from the manager because this manager along with her staff were arrogant and just careless, I was clearly just expected to accepted this meal as it was; my concerns did not mean anything to the staff there and their manager. I do not know what they charge for plain rolls since I did not get to enjoy them along with other ingredients but I feel the price of those rolls should be reimbursed to me because a burger is a burger with rolls and I am very disappointed. Burger King was one of the food outlets I supported a lot but no more will I ever do. And my friends and everyone who knows me will know of their carelessness and poor service. Even people who know me on social media will know how Burger King treats its customers. I am truly disappointed.</p> <p> </p>

I am so not happy about the service of Chicken Licken at Chiawelo Mangalani, first of it's dirty, flies all over the place, no one is wiping and cleaning tables after people have eaten, also I was surprised to be told they are selling the sauces, like really. Also when they give u your food, they don't even ask you whether it's a take away or not. Really I am disappointed!!! I have been to other Chicken Licken outlet and I have never been sold a sauce.
