Mtn has listed me on my credit profile for missing a payment in May of 2024. I have never missed a payment for my account. I have tried multiple times to call them regarding this and for my listing to be removed. They keep putting me through to Legal department and feom legal to account and than they cut me off. I have tried multiple times. Probably a 100 calls later same outcome. They havent helped me and they refuse to listen when a person says its going to cut out. Going into the store they say they can't help I have to call. So at the end of the day I am listed and my credit profile is being affected. Mtn is truly the worst Cellphone provider to speak to at their call centre's. They smirk because a person is angry and they dont help at all. Pathetic service.
Do not use Simply Fix Cellular in Honey Junction Centre. They replaced my Son's phone screen at a very expensive price after my son saved up for a long time to get it replaced. There is now a problem with the screen it's not even 3 months old. They refuse to do anything about it. I wasn't there when my Son took it in to ask the guy about it but apparently got into my Son's face threatening him and called security, after I spoke to him on the phone. He doesn't care what he says to the clients he is arrogant. Very bad service. I hope they go out of business.
Uber Eats have multiple times let me and my family down. The fact that i have to give a 1 star is much more than they deserve. On Saturday Evening, My Son messaged me and asked if he can order Pizza for him and his Friends as he has a R75 Coupon or 75% off on his order. My bank account details are on his phone with his Uber Eats account. He continued placing the order entering his Promo Code for the R75 off, Uber Eats app said successfully allocated the coupon continue to pay and than said unable to allocate coupon to order and continued to take the full amount off my bank account. I than tried contacting them off my phone app (AS THERE IS NO OTHER WAY OF PHONING THEM) to explain the situation, and to where I was greeted with a message saying they will not help me as i didn't place the order on my app because it was done on my Son's app. I AM THE PERSON PAYING FOR THE MEAL. Do not make the same mistake to listen to their lies and marketing strategies to get you to buy off their APP rather use alternatives apps to order food. The fact remains that I have spent multiple Hours of my time getting nowhere with a Poorly managed Company. Hours that I will never get back.
So my Mom is a Pensioner She is turning 66. She has a beautiful heart. She went to the Muldersdrift vet with a little dove that fell out of its nest. The dove was not doing to well she was very concerned about the little thing. She consulted with doctor Michael's or Michaelson not quite sure of his name. Either way she told him she doesn't have money for what she is doing he said he wouldn't charge her for the injections, my mother than went on thinking Great they will help the little wild animal and she wouldn't have to worry about money. She than proceeded to walk out towards the door when the lady called her back to pay a consultation fee of R300. I feel that this is very unfair as she only gets the pensioner money the government gives per month. She had to borrow money to pay for this. I really think it is really unfair. I will tell everybody about this. Disgusting.
I applied for a loan, was declined and get a debit order put on my account for R109.99 pm. I accepted no such Terms, Not on any of the pages on the website is it mentioned. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM ARTISTS.
I haven't had Debonairs in such a long time because I consider it a treat. Last night 31st of March. I took my family to get take aways. I ordered the Pizza I love the Tasty Cream cheese Meaty Tripple Decker.There was no cream cheese on the pizza. It was the driest pizza I have ever had. Don't know if I will ever have debonairs again. I could hardly finish the first piece of pizza. Concerned Customer
