Good day I have Telkom contract for almost 3 years and the problem started when my contract expires.What happened is that the sales representative who was helping,she did not cancel the old contract and I end up having two contracts and being deducted for two of them.I went back to the branch for clarity.old contract cancel but now they fail to deduct month end and I end up paying 3 times the value of the initial contact.first I payed to Nudebt collection agency r650 on the 30 June and on the 1 July Telkom deducted r1200 to my account and when ask for refund they say payment to reflecting but only debit order is reflecting and I was advised to call Nudebt but they don't answer my call and in short I feel like I had been ****med r650 by Telkom.
Good day,I'm Alinah majakobo Tsotetsi I have query with homechoice they are refusing to help me with my fraud case,where the pots of the value r6500 they were bought on line and for heaven sake im 74 years old i don't know how to use technology but homechoice decided to sell pots to someone without verifying with me and that affected my credit score plus they are harassing me with collection calls and messages....please hello Peter assist me as I did try to call them but I never heard anything from them since I had send them affidavit to this email frauddisputes@homechoice.co.za but they keep on sending me messages telling me I owe them R6500.my contact number is 0785680624
