I have been using Hot Dogs Mobile Dog Groomers for over 5 years. They come to my home with a fully equipped truck, do an amazing job grooming my dogs - they pay attention to detail and the dogs absolutely love them. Bonitas send a Payment notification - SMS and e-mail, a list of dates of payment, even a reference number and yet there is no payment because benefits are depleted. Communication is so bad Bonitas.
I bought packet of 4 Blush Apples at Woolworths on Monday. On opening the pack, all 4 apples had bruises - the pack on the surface looked fine, but the bruised side of the apples had been packed so the buyer did not see the blemishes. I then forwarded a complaint to Woolworths and 2 days later have not had an acknowledgement. Not good enough Woolworths - your brand is about quality (or so I thought)
Having called yesterday to get a list of preferred doctors and find out why my option is incorrectly reflected, I was advised that there was a high call volume and that I would be contacted within 3 hours. 24 hours later, no-one has contacted me. The chat on their website is not responded to. Maybe a change of medical aid would be my best option for 2021!
