The service is poor and the consultants don’t give regular updates. I was told I can call everyday but nothing will change. I was told a team leader would call me and signed a document relating to vehicle claim for home content. The service is disgusting for a paying customer. I escalated to disputes but no assistance or even a call.
They reserve shoes for themselves and refuse to sell to customers. Meagen the manager is rude and unreasonable. They say they have a verbal policy to reserve goods which goes against customer protection and law of offer and acceptance.
I was stuck on the road and told you can’t assist me even though it’s a value added benefit that you advertise on your policies. I was told you don’t know the vehicle so you can’t assist. Why do you offer road assist as a benefit but then when the client needs help you can’t assist. I spoke to two of the most appalling consultants, Zama Ndaba and Busi Zenkosi. Busi even had attitude and send me an sms displaying internal conversations that you can’t help me. You are really the worst bunch. You falsely advertise and your staff are not helpful. As a female I was spoke on the side of the road for 4 hours and you couldn’t help me. I pay close to R 3000 in premiums but I am cancelling all my policies with your ******* company!!!!!! I even cried on the line so scared and Busi did not care at all!! I’m disgusted.
I made a claim for a damaged lock and key on the 3rd of January 2023 and had to call back several times to get feedback after I was told I would get feedback by the 5th of January. I was contacted by a team leader that basically told me that I was not covered on the 10th of January. After putting me on hold she came back to say my policy does cover me but they can only payout R 2000. She said it's R 2000 because she googled a gate and that is what she found. She doesn't know the measurements but she found a gate that looks like mine and it's R 2000. How do you pick something from the internet and assume it will fit the door without measurements? I am upset at the service and the lack of due diligence that she could google after I was requested to get a quote which I did. She undermined the quote from a professional and established business Builders, and trusted what she found off the internet. This is appalling and why did it take this long to figure that out? I cannot be insured by a business that cannot apply itself and be treated like I am not paying. I know I will have to spend more that what I will get from them and the nerve she had to call the gate I want an upgrade when the gate I went for is actually cheaper since it has a removable lock. I am startled at the level of poor service and application by the Client Services Centre.
I have tried contacting 2 bankers from Investec for 2 months and no response. My application was not taken to credit cause someone had COVID. This cannot be the service of an elite bank!!
I have a CBS legal account that I paid up but it still sits on my profile. I accidentally paid money into it and no one can assist with a refund.

Today is the 11th of May and the goods still have not arrived. It’s really too late. My mom was disappointed not to get something from me. I don’t want the stuff anymore!! Absolutely poor service. I booked an appointment with the Call centre for the 2nd of Sept to collect the Yaz pill at the Rondebosch branch. When I arrived at the branch I made payment for the pill only to be told AFTERWARDS that they don't have stock. I called the Call centre again to find out if there is stock and they said there is I should go there on the 9th of Sept only to find there is NO stock AGAIN when I get there. With all the things happening to woman of late, and reading the bad service Marie Stopes gives is so disappointing. This centre is meant to help woman not make us feel helpless and waste our time. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK, I PAID R500 FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE. YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY APPALLING AND IT'S DISGUSTING THAT YOU DON'T TAKE YOUR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY. I AM CURRENTLY OUT OF THE PILL AND OUT OF POCKET. GIVE ME MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I’ve been to the Cavendish branch twice now to book a trip and on both occasions your consultants say they will call back or email and nothing. This is a direct sale. I’m not sure why the service is so bad.
Hi I have been trying to get hold of someone that would give balances to everything I owe at FNB and no one can help. I wish to settle but I can't without knowing how much I owe.
