I am very happy with my new pool. There currently are a lot of ****mers in the pool industry but Jan and his team at Tygerberg Pools are not one of them. They turned a nightmare with my previous pool into a dream oasis. I have already recommended them to one of my friends.
I am struggling to find prepaid for my Telkom landline phone. The shops now only seem to sell Telkom 8ta prepaid which does not work on my phone. The Telkom website chat does not work and there are no contact details for a call center, I phoned a few local branches but no one picks up the phone.
My Vodacom debit order this month was R137 more than what it should be. The Vodacom shops says that I have to phone the call centre to find out why. The call centre does not answer. Have been listening to music for more than 5 minutes. Attempted to phone them 3 times already.
I have been trying for more than a month to cancel my membership with this gym. The receptionist gave me an email address where to I should send an email to to cancel membership. I have contacted the call centre and waiting 6 min long, they still did not answer. I have send an e-mail on their system. My membership is still not cancelled!
