What a terrible customer service!! I had to wait for about 40 minutes for a piece of material. They( Pinetown branch) kept on telling me that ,they`re transferring the stock...i must wait a bit more. I eventually told them to cancel the order and i took off. We`ll be not using this company again..
I received my first order without any hassles. For my second oder I used my previous oder's reference number as it saved on my bank beneficiaries. I have tried so many times to get the payment located. The customer service is beyond poor. I'll never use Temu and Buffalo Logistics again.
I received a meal with three sharing sides instead of four. I contacted Nando’s Pinecrest and I was told to redial the number and select option 2. That didn’t help as phone rang to voicemail. I’m not sure who’s fault is it between the two companies but I won’t be using them both going forward.
I sold my car in Jan 2019. I have tried a couple of time to cancel a contract with out any success. it`s either they don`t reply to my emails or their consultants are too busy to take calls. I even tried to stop the debit orders and they decided to list me under credit bureau....so pathetic!
I made a purchase on 04 Oct 2020. Still today I haven’t received my order. I have tried calling them without any success. They don’t respond to my emails either. What a waste of my time and money.
I asked ABSA to settle the car installment. After they had debited a full amount, they carried on debiting from the account twice and we reversed the two debits. Only to find out that, they did not debit the full amount on time. I have got email correspondence between me ABSA asking them, when they will be debiting. What a pain on the back side!!!!
