To date, this company has not addressed the damage they caused to my carpets. Instead of taking responsibility, they have chosen to send me legal letters demanding that I remove my review about their poor service. Their legal representatives continue to pressure me to take down my review, even though it accurately reflects their failure to resolve the issue. Due to their lack of response, I had to personally collect my carpets from the repair service they had sent them to. The repair specialist refused to proceed with the repairs, citing dissatisfaction with how Click Cleaning staff treated and communicated with him. Despite numerous follow-ups on my part, the company ignored my requests until I mentioned that my carpets might be discarded—only then did they respond, though I had already made alternative arrangements. Click Cleaning has acknowledged that they damaged my carpets, leaving them torn, yet they have done nothing to repair them. Their only action has been to send multiple legal letters pressuring me to remove my honest review rather than addressing the actual issue in a professional manner.
<div>Extremely Poor Service & Lack of Accountability I strongly advise against using Click Cleaning Group for rug cleaning services. I entrusted them with my Persian carpets, specifically requesting a hand wash, but they completely disregarded this and did a machine wash instead, which severely damaged the edges—to the extent that they looked like they had been chewed up by rats. The worse was the fact that because the hand wash request was done telephonically, the head office lady,++++, closes to lie and say they never said such, this is someone who was not even part of the quotation but came in at the last moment to try and resolve the query. Actually to dismiss me To make matters worse, the carpets were returned filthy, as though they had never been washed and had been stored in a ******* dump. The entire process was a nightmare—they collected my carpets in early January, and despite my numerous follow-ups, I only got them back in late February after receiving nothing but excuses. After raising a complaint, Click Cleaning Group arranged for the carpets to be taken to the store where I originally purchased them for repairs. However, due to an ongoing conflict between Click Cleaning Group’s Deseree and Joanna and the shop owner, the repairer refused to fix my carpets. Now, the carpets are still stuck at the repair shop, and Click Cleaning Group has gone completely silent. I have been calling and emailing constantly, but Joanna, Deseree, and the company have completely ignored me. I paid in full, yet I have no carpets and no response from them. The repair shop has even asked for the carpets to be removed as they are taking up space, but Click Cleaning Group refuses to take responsibility. I still have no idea on what happening with my carpets This company has displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. If you value your rugs and carpets, stay far away from Click Cleaning Group!</div>
I am very frustrated with MTN repair centre. I bought a new phone on the 26-03-2015 which came with factory fault, the phone was freezing, cutting calls, screen going black, and when charged the battery runs flat within 5 minutes of non use. the phone is still under warranty. I handed it over at the Midrand HVR repair centre yesterday the 05-05-2015 at 16:15. The consultant who assisted me advised that collection reference will be issued today, the 06-05-2015. I made a follow up today at 10:30 as I had not received any feedback from the centre, they initially advised that the approval decision will be sent by 11:00 which I did. I was advised again by the consultant on the repair follow up number that the reference will be issued in the next 2hrs and that I should call after 14:00 which I did. I was however one of the bad luck clients who received assistance by one consultant called Sariba Suamado...whom I feel failed to attend to any of my requests or questions.<br> <br> Very sad that MTN fails to put the client at the centre. I deal with clients on a daily basis and I strive to always attend to their needs and assist. its very frustrating to be treated differently
I ordered platter for 2 with fried calamari, I came with grilled calamari, and advised the waiter who took it back and they fired it. I get home the mussels, prawn are raw,,,eeeggg raw. (I was lucky that at least the calamari was not raw as it was grilled and then fried) I called the branch and spoke to Freddy who unfortunately told me they don't deliver in my area, when I queried that he then changed and said no driver was available at that time and if I can bring the food they will exchange,...although I was hungry I was not going to drive at 20:00 for 20 minutes,.so I called them today, 1st thing he told me that they don't do deliveries at all??? seriously?? next I was told that they cannot come to my house and collect the old platter and that I should drive and bring it back...wow...interesting these days how you become a client and as service provider at the same time.....its as though \once they have your money in their bag
