Bought a **** Elixir Sauvage perfume in March 2023. This expensive perfume hardly lasts 3 hours on either my skin or clothes, the projection and sillage is zero. I returned this bottle to them in May and upto now they haven't resolved this issue and they are busy defending their underperforming and super expensive Elixir. Will never buy any Dior product again due to their lack of Customer Care knowledge.
Worst money transfer platform. No email address to contact them. No one answers phones if you call. Absolutely no way of reaching them for help.
Now it's over a year and MTN hasn't resolved this SERIOUS issue. I been paying for a second hand Samsung S8 Plus which MTN sold me as NEW. MTN repairs faulty phones, re-packages the phones and sells these phones as new to unsuspecting customers. Phones will be boxed as new. This is what happens when you return a faulty phone to MTN, they send it for repair and box it as new and sell it without disclosing anything to customers. I am deeply HURT. Guys just know that receiving a boxed phone from MTN is no guarantee the phone is new. I found out the phone had been opened before as it had a service number manually written on the inside of the back cover. MTN l bought a new Samsung 8 plus from you and you delivered a second hand phone to me, l WANT WHAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU MTN WHICH IS A BRAND NEW PHONE NOT SECOND HAND PHONE. MONEY IS HARD TO COME BY MTN, YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO ME.

<p>I still can't believe the humiliation l suffered this evening at REDSQUARE Sandton City. The lady couldn't let me buy using my account without first asking for my name, surname, address and my ID. I had to show her a copy of my passport, she started telling me about fraud really. 10 minutes after leaving the shop, l couldn't stomach what had happened and went back to return what l had bought. Am really ****ed off with this incident and will be closing this account fast.</p>
<p>MTN System just depleted my airtime with mobile data turned off. Called them and spoke to the supervisor named Msizi Tshapha who doesn't have any slightest idea of how systems sometimes malfunction. Now l have to suffer coz their system malfunctioned. The way this supervisor was arrogant, l wonder if MTN train it's call centre agents on how to handle customers!</p>
Ever since l bought this edge plus phone on contract from MTN, each time l try to call l get an insufficient funds message even though balance enquiry shows that the airtime l recharged hasn't been depleted. Another thing is when making use of Internet, it's my recharged airtime which depletes first instead of MTN data. I have suffered a considerable amount of loss to MTN. I have raised these issues with MTN in September and they did nothing. Again l queried all these with MTN on 30 January and they PROMISED to get back to me in 3 WORKING DAYS. They even gave me the following MTN reference number: 142612774. But upto now, MTN hasn't called me. I AM TIRED OF KEEP LOSING MONEY TO MTN. Maybe it's MTN's way of making more money out of this contract. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING, I NEED THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED ASAP.
On a number of days , l have received MTN's WOW Bonus airtime expecting to be charged 2 rands a minute but to my surprise they charge me more and each time l call their call centre l am repeatedly told to call again after 2 hours because their system hasn't updated till the day is gone. Today l received R100 WOW Bonus airtime around 9am and used it all on about 30 minutes, l called their call center and an agent called Shane (who wasn't listening to me) assisted me but in reality he didn't assist me, told me the same thing to call after 2 hours despite pleading with him that this has happened before and can't spend the whole day calling MTN simply because their system takes forever to update. lts 3pm right now and their system is only picking a call l made at 7am. Since this is not the first time l have had problems with their products, l am obliged to ask- DO THEIR PRODUCTS GO UNDER TESTING FIRST TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL BEFORE THEY ARE ROLLED OUT TO US OR THEY ARE USING OUR AIRTIME (LIVE ENVIRONMENT) TO TEST THEIR PRODUCTS?????
