Your Luggage supplier.Waiting over 1 & half years
Please can you kindly assist me with your supplier you use to replace broken luggage.I am disgusted in their service.They collected my bag on the 16/07/2015, 8 months after my bag was damaged on a Kulula flight.Kulula was great & put me onto Datnow immediately. They only fetched my bag 8 months later. It needed to be replaced and it was a cellini. Luggage that is always available .I AM STILL waiting for my bag. Every time i speak to Jeff or Selwyn they can barely apologise, it takes them forever to find my file, then they say sorry and tell me they will deliver a suitcase tomorrow. Tomorrow has never come. I am so appalled by this shocking service and they just dont care???!!! Its now 7 months since they collected my bag and still no new suitcase? Please help me and get my suitcase delivered. Please view the other complaints about them on this site. They dont respond anyway

8 Months & still no suitcase. Kulula supplier?

Johannes Nothnagel from Discovery insure is Great!
It not often these days that you get good service from companies. It seems as if service delivery has gone out the window and people don't care to get back to you or assist you. Well dealing with Johannes Nothnagel from Discovery insure has been an absolute pleasure. id just like to thank him for going the extra mile with our query and assisting us so quickly. People should learn from him and try and focus on customer care. Once again I cannot thank him enough for the exceptional service. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and i will continue to use Discovery Insure, as they really do offer a fantastic product for car and household insurance.
