On 11 August I placed an order online with Builders Warehouse. The order was cancelled by because of no stock on 18 August, yet more than a month later I have still not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and followed up repeatedly with Makalo Nkiane, but there has been no response at all. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act, which requires refunds to be processed promptly when goods are not supp****. Builders Warehouse has failed to deliver the product, failed to process my refund, and failed to communicate. This is unacceptable and amounts to extremely poor customer service. I demand that my refund be processed immediately, failing which I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. To other consumers: Be extremely cautious when ordering from Builders Warehouse online. Based on my experience, you risk losing your money and receiving no assistance.

Hisense 2 year warranty is a ****! No one is getting back to you trying to claim more than 2 weeks after enquiring still without a washing machine. Will NEVER buy Hisense AGAIN!
Placed an order for school stationary. Paid for a product online. Wrong product delivered. The product is wrongly listed on their website they expect almost 4x the price as listed. Extremely unorganised and unprofessional.
Placed an order. Some items states delivered but no response from them. Placed another item using a discount code. Received totally different item. Enquired about what will happen to discount when ordering a replacement. Ja sorry cant help you. Pathetic!
Tried submitting 4 claims only 3 paid out after a huge dispute. They find EVERY reason to not pay out.
Since me and my hubby are together 4 years ago we mostly only shop at Wonderboom Junction Edgars. Since then I am the only one who does the shopping as hubby hates shops. Never ever have I had a problem to buy with his card not even before we were married. We did not even know I have to get a additional card for myself until today. I went to buy shoes, underwear and a pair of pants for our 3year old son. I placed the items on the counter and informed this Goodness that I please want to pay R300 before buying these items on account. She did not greet nor approved my request. After she took the cash she started screaming at me: \This is not your account you cannot buy on this account"Puzzled and humiliated I asked her What seems to be the problem I always buy on this acc for our family. She continued talking to me very loudly with other customers staring: \""That is not right and not my problem\"" and then she took my items away and walked away from the pay station. This happened infront of my 3 year old and THAT is unacceptable!!!"""
