Last year in October I was told that Dril sneakers are on sale, and I jumped on that, I bought 2pairs of sneakers and they asked me to send delivery cash as I reside in Cape Town and they are in Johannesburg. They never deliver my sneakers to date, I have been in contact with them since then, they promised to send the parcel, and they never did. I want the whole world to know that the guys are soo *****ulent, they are already in difficult times and they still rob the customers of their money.Please spread the word, Drip is ****ed up, and people must never buy from them, especially if you are not from Johannesburg. I am veery angry with Lekau and his people, they always say support black businesses, that is all ****, because they **** us up, now I will never get my sneakers and will never get my money back.. Drip people are all ********s, they still from their ***on customers, hulle naaiers
You know the city of cape town is so ****** OVERATED,just because it has this elite fiamilies,and elite ty****s that believe that the Western Cape is theirs,they have all privilleges,they live better in better neighbourhoods,and they are the minority of the province,so I have been residing in the mont clair,the area falling under Mitchell's plain ,and lived here with my family,2014 I bought a new development and believed that I might have a chance in receiving better quality of service from the ***on city,in the beginning I was given someone's meter number,the system had my municipal account mixed with this other guy in my neighbourhood,I tried resolving the matter,and the city said No Worries,the problem will be fixed,till today. In 2021 I had a burst in my yard,that resulted in municipal arrears as it was not visible,hidden under the pavement,I requested a rebate and submitted all paperwork after fixing the problem.Rebate never return to date. At the time municipal account was billed R2000 and some sort,today its R7000,mind you,I never skipped any payment,they have been closing my water,I complain they come after God knows how many days.There was a time when I asked about the electricity units,they taxed me extra because of the tenants next door,as I mentioned that at the beginning,when we moved in,the meter number that we had was not ours.The tenants did not pay municipality,but then they were not taxed,it was me who was being harrased by the City. This year after many many attempts and all the visits to the City,I still experience a problem,where after every Loadshedding my house power electricity do not return,the whole neighbourhood has the power,even both next door families,and front plus back opposite,Where does this put me as a Law abiding citizen???????It is a ****ty situation,I cannot do anything anymore,but just wait for the city,WHAT THE **** MARA
Ooba insurance sucks, I had a claim on 17 January 2021 for pipe leakage ,they sent me a company called LT Plumbers, the company came here and fixed the pipe, the next morning it was leaking on the other side just less than 2meters,then boom they want me to claim again, I claimed they never came until today the 26th of January, they never came back, I followed up, they told me a lot of stories, that wasn't favorable to me as a client as always, they refused to remove the whole pipe, or at least remove 2meters, they didn't care about that at all, all they want me to do is to claim more and join the pipe again, so the insurer is actually a rip off, I encourage people to just look for a better building insurer, please be cautioned Anonymous Cape Town
I complained about lewis here before,they responded saying the matter is resolved and im happy..its a lie im still receiving messages that i owe them..14 days past which they said after the 14 days the matter will be resolved im still waiting,i called after that 14 days but nothing has changed..LEWIS SORT THIS OUT..I hate lewis and never gona shop the in future this is unacceptable!
I finished paying my lewis account in 2015 around February or March,which i never even missed a payment since September 2014 when i opened it,since i settled i have been receiving messages that my installment is due therefore i must call my branch..i relocated so i went to Somerset lewis store and they called on my behalf trying to sort out the problem and saldanha branch said it will be sorted,now its 2016 and still receiving those due installments,i personally called saldanha branch and they did see on their system that i settled my account and that lady Marikah said she will call head office sort it out and get back to me,its been almost 2 weeks and i just received another sms..apparently im in arreas from R1 to R200 then now its over a R1000 but i settled my account and never bought anything else even asked them to close that account..its this is not sorted out im involving my lawyers im sick and tired of this and dnt want anything to do with lewis anymore ever!
