The old tannies assisting with choosing the meat cuts are very friendly and very helpful they even give you generous helpings of tasters before you can settle on what you like. Their Boerie roll, salami sticks and the Babalas biltong are a few of my faves there!! Love that place
I ordered stuff from Wellness Warehouse early March order number:145968 which was later splits due to some stuff out of stock and new order number given:147287 and I got an email on 16/03/18 that my order has been delivered - where, I wonder... I contacted them on 22/03/18 that I have received my order and the response was that they will query with the couriers, I did not hear anything from them. I then contacted them on 10/04/18 and the response was that they are still investigating, I then contacted them again on 02/05/18 and asked for my refund and I was told that they will refund my order in full - I'm still waiting. Can they please refund my money as I am no longer interested in their products and dont want anything to with them, I just want my money bac****

I still have not received my money back or have the account cancelled even after I have tried to phone Telkom several times, my refs: 17122191 and SM165719. I am very frustrated and angry!!! I don't know what to do anymore - my telephone bill is even exhausted from calling Telkom and being assisted by people who don't know what they are doing!!<br>
I applied for the SmartBroadband Wireless 10GB + Huawei B593 in September and received it on the 23rd of September after I lodged a complaint on Hello peter due to non delivery. When I got to the Sandton shop to pick it up they noticed that they have given me the wrong deal R399 - 20GB where as I signed up for the R299 10GB deal. The said they will sort it out but what is strange is that I am now being billed for both devices/contracts which was R957.45, I phoned Telkom on the to inquire about this on the 27/10/2015 at about 09:19am and I spoke to Queen Masani who told me that my query will be resolved in 72 hours and they will give me a call - she gave me a reference number: 17122191. This has never happened as I got another bill for both devices I then called Telkom again on the 03/11/2015 at about 11:02am and spoke to Thembisile Vilakazi who said her Team Leader said my query is not resolved yet but they will call me before the end of the day. I would like Telkom to cancel the mistake they made and refund my money I don't see why I should be paying for their incompetence!! I really am not impressed with their service and regret signing up with them!
I have applied around the 26th or 27th August for the R299 10G + *10G Hauwei WiFi special they are currently running. I was told they don't have any stock available but they are expecting delivery around the following week Wed or Thurs and they (Musa) will give me a call once stock has arrived. Up to today 17/09/2015 I have not received any call from them I have been doing the calling with no Joy. When I called last week and spoke to Salome I asked her if I can go to Greenstone and check if they have stock and if they have can they give me the WiFi Router and she said yes she will ask Musa to upload my application - I went to Greenstone yesterday and was told that is not possible I need to do a new application and there cannot call Sandton as their phone is never answered. This is pathetic service - It would have been nice if they called me and advised that they still don't have stock or even return my documents if they cannot meet my request! Why advertise something you don't have - I could have gone to a different service provider who probably have stock available
