I thought that I was an isolated case regarding the refund from ticketpro for the Betway match (03 Jan 2026). They don't have a contact number and I keep getting the generic replies. Will have to take this up with NCC and take it from there now
Absolutely appalling assistance from customer care agents and supervisor. Marquis cannot resolve debit order queries even after submitting proof of payments to them. My requests for senior team members to contact me gets ignored.
They are debiting my account *****ulently and i cannot get hold of a supervisor or manager in customer services to assist me. I've tried with the agents to no avail. Please don't use Cell C
