Very much disappointed with how I keep on being debited for the services I'm no longer having. I'm debited R70 for ZTE router that dstv said are no longer in use since they now have their own simcard. I took a compact and 55GB combo for R669 but still R70 for ZTE is always appearing every month
Good day I have been using Cell C Call Home line since 2011. Registered it I Sandton City in 2012, now lost the simcard I am not able to do simswap because I'm told the security questions you failed them and the line was not Registered under my name but an agency that was doing cell c call home. The new simswap system is a nightmare
I sm very disappointed 😞 😔 that I have to send FICA documents every week for the past 3 months as a foreign national. Are you now deregistering foreign nationals or what. I playa number of games then suddenly I'm not fica complaint. Why?
I moved in at Derry Mansion on the first of March 2024 and paid a deposit of R4000. Now in June I couldn't make a full payment of my rent and was R1006 short. Was locked out of the building from the 18th June till the first. The following is the message the Mafadi management sent to the caretaker: "Good day Dennis please note unit 601 if they failed to pay in full they must take their belongings please inform them thx ." Now I moved out as they said now they are accusing me of breach of lease agreement hence I cannot get the balance of my deposit. How have I breached the agreement when they have asked me to move out? Where is the balance of my deposit? The mentioned property is not that well maintained and doesn't even have simple things like glasses on the windows, no wall wardrobes, kitchen sinks but their level of strictness is shocking. I am just asking for my refund of my deposit balance simple.
The company acknowledged receipt of my claim with that of my colleagues on the 5th of February 2024. We were advised that processing will upto 21 working days. Fine my South African colleagues got their payments within that time frame. But me as a passport holder I'm being thrown from pillar to pillar, excuse after excuse. I did not expect that this national song of FOREIGNERS MUST GO also applies to private companies. As I'm writing I'm from their offices in Sandton and was told to expect payment next week Thursday. The moment you get into their offices and produce a foreign passport, their attitude changes completely. For real this kind of service is not supposed to be given or expected from private businesses

SHE ASKED FOR OUR DOCUMENTS AND PROMISED TO CALL US IN A FEW DAYS OF WHICH SHE DID THE FOLLOWING DAY TELLING US THAT "YOUR ISSUE HAS BEEN APPROVED PLEASE COME IN ON TUESDAY " TO FINALIZE IT. This has been the worst service I received from dstv multichoice in over 10 years. Paid at 3 pm today now 9 pm still saying awaiting payment. Paid through their instant WhatsApp portal. Have called them more than q0 times and they have been confirming receipt of payment since then but no service.
I am a ZEP holder and was made an executor or was issued a letter of authority on my late brother's finances. Now my query now is FNB is refusing to open a deceased estate account for me saying my permit is expired. So when the minister of home affairs Motsoaledi says he has extended the validity of ZEP permits so as FNB you don't recognize the extensions the minister announced? How do FNB say my permit is expired when it's validity has-been extended by the very same minister issuing such permits?
Was at Johannesburg Gandhi Square branch and was attended by a guy called Sibusiso. The guy is very rude for the area he is working at. FNB caters for foreign nationals too let him be reminded that. I had gone to get bank confirmation letters for a claim at the Department of education. The Department doesn't want online confirmation letters but one stamped inside the bank. The arrogance I got from this guy I don't know is it because I'm a foreign national or what. There is always a polite way to respond to people of my age who might have been overtaken by technology.
