Vodacom is useless. Bunch of ******. They sell a service, take your money and then they dont deliver the service. We have no netwirk for days. Can not contact them, because you have to chat with a stupid robot with limited options. They dont reply to emails. Vodacom is busy with ***** by taking money from customers but do not render the service. They should be investigated. They do not do maintenance on their network. The worst company ever. So many complaints about vodacom yet they get away with this bad service.
Wonderful company to do business with. I am a client for over 15 years. My personal property and business are insured with Outsurance. I had a few claims and all my claims were handled in the most professional way by friendly consultants. I must be honest, I did shop around over the years for better premiums, but no other company could beat Outsurance on premiums and service. I feel at home with my Outsurance family.
Why bother to send an email to customer care. The reply you get everytime is to chat with the stupid bot with limited actions There is no customer care anymore because they are too lazy to do their job or maybe they can not read and write.
I want to rate zero stars. We have almost no internet connection because of a faulty tower. Several residents reported it but nothing gets done. You cant even reach vodacom. Try to phone...you will hold on for ever. Send an email, you get referred to the bot Tobi. Tobi has limited options. You send an email again to explain that Tobi can not help, and they refer you back to Tobi. Idiots can not even read an email. Worst cimpany in South Africa
Great service from EPX. Their customer service is excellent. The despatch is very efficient and the drivers are very friendly.
Vodacom customer service is pathetic. Did you know that the department is operated by a robot by the name Tobi?? So when you send an email to customer service, they reply a link to Tobi. But you see, Tobi has very limited answers to your requests/complaints. When your inquiry is not on his list, he can not help you. Try to explain this to customer service and all they do is to send you another link to Tobi...and another, and another!!! So the conclusion is that either the humans working at customer service can not read or write, or there are no humans working in customer service department. Therefore Vodacom should not even get 1 star. Their service suck big time.
Worst company to do business with. Dont trust them with your deliveries. They are a bunch of ****s. They are unreliable. They dont keep their promises. I had to disappoint my client because of their lies. I gave all my suppliers instructions not to use Triton Express for my deliveries in future. If there was an option for zero stars that would have been my rating.
Horrible service from Vodacom. Very very little to no internet connection in our area. The tower near us is most of the times non functional. We are struggling to do business. Clients can not reach us because we can not receive or make calls, or send or receive emails from our premises. I have to drive out of my area and do business from the side of the road in my car!! Send an email to customer care and then they reply with a link to connect me to their stupid robot, where you can only select certain options. No option for complaints about bad signals. Useless company. Many people in my area complaining, but our complaints fall on deaf ears. I have 5 contracts with Vodacom and have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. This is how they treat me.
I actually wanted to give no stars. Vodacom is the worst service provider. Network problems for days in our area. No internet also. Complaints are esculated and nothing further. Bottom line is....lack of maintenance. Vodacom is only interested in selling more and more contracts but can not handle the load.
I picked one star because there is no option for no stars, but that is actually what I would have rated Vodacom. For more than a month now we have very poor or no internet connection in the Patryshoek Akasia and Strydfontein areas. We pay for service but there is no service. Several people already complained and technicians came out, but can not fix the problem. The demand is too big for the capasity of the towers and that is the bottom line!! Just like Eskom, Vodacom were selling service contracts, but did not keep up with the demand by expanding. The network is oveloaded, and no maintenance are done to existing towers.
