Ordered a fan light. Received and installed. It was faulty. Logged a return. Nobody picked up. Locked another return. Picked up. Ordered another one on 10 Feb. Paid R808.00 Today is 27 Feb. No delivery. No feedback from Takealot on my emails. Tracking said it will be delivered on 24 Feb. In the mean time, I sleep uncomfortably, have no light in my bedroom, wires hanging from the roof and I will have to pay a second time to get the ceiling light/fan installed. Not happy
They understand client service. Went out of their way to assist in a warranty issue that the dealer (Sterling Renault in Herm**** from which I bought the vehicle), failed to. I've also dealt with DTM Renault Strand when I stayed in Gordons bay and had a Renault Duster. Their service has always been friendly, prompt and good communication if there is a hic-up. I can recommend them any time and will in future rather drive 200km to rather buy a car through them.
Only give Telkom 1 star because the option of no stars are not available. Wasted so much of my time that I should use to provide for my family, and still to no avail. Even though I cancelled this service last year, I keep on receiving this bill. Got confirmation from Telkom that the account is settled - made a screen print of the online chat. Why screenprint?: because Telkom has denied conversations I've had with them telephonically just too many times. My request to get a copy of their "recorded for quality purposes" call has been ignored. I could give them the date and exact time I had the 40 minute call with them. They claim I had to cancel in writing. Nobody advised me accordingly and the cancellation was done over the phone. According to the consumer protection act I dont have to cancel in writing as a matter of fact. I Paid just to get rid of them, even though I did not owe them this money. I then cancelled in writing, but I am still receiving the bill. I've e-mailed the CEO of Telkom, without any response. Right down from your call centre personnel up to the CEO Telkom is pathetic. I can not waste any more of my time - and we are talking hours and hours - not exaggerating !!!! Not even to talk about the frustration....

I have been terribly bullied by the representative of WWF in the Western Cape. I am renting a property through them and they have just stopped doing maintenance the last year. I was told in January that they will not do any maintenance any more. The house is becomming uninhabitable, roof leaks, pipes in floor flooding the house and several other issues influencing living conditions and our safety which has been communicated to them repeatedly. Even though I have been a reasonable paying tenant for more than 2 years, I haven't paid 3 month's rent as I felt this is the only tool I have to force them to do maintenance which resulted in lawyers letters from WWF. Is this the way WWF does things just because it is a huge organisation? The Representative told me I should have moved out if I am so unhappy. My contract expires October and shouldn't they honor their side of the contract until October? Is there any one in WWF on a higher level that will look into this situation?

Please also search Royal Crete on hellopeter.com. After I posted him as Royal crete - the business he put forward to me - he is now advertising as H & H Cement flooring. Herman O'kennedy takes a deposit, slashes down some product and then does not return to complete the job. The material he uses is not close to the amount of the deposit, thus he pockets the money. He can not do seamless flooring....

Herman O'Kennedy of Royal Crete seems to concurrently start a job when he gets the 50% deposit. He then does a bit of flooring until he can get the next payment. Then he starts lying about not getting stock, broken vehicle etc. etc. and doesn't finish the job. Unfortunately the work that he has done is also a mess as he most definately can not do seemless flooring. Giving himself out as a contractor for this product seems fraudulant. I've lost a lot of money due to this man and his "company".
