Mercedes used poor interior on Mercedes Benz C200. Starting with the car sit my car is 4 years old and my Mothers is 2 years old both cars have torn and sagging especially the drivers seat. The plastic used inside to car the steering is peeling off. It’s really disappointing. All my Friends who drive the similar car have the similar problem
I’ve bought an iPhone online with these Guys, at first I was sceptical because I didn’t know them. I just want to commend them on their service delivery. They have same day service delivery in Gauteng. I didn’t expect to get my phone on the same day, trust me they did seamlessly delivered on the same day, I am so impressed my phone is in the state they exactly stated😍
I would like to thank Bayethe Maquba who is one of the drivers for buffalo logistics. I was struggling to get my parcel for weeks. I contacted the watsapp line team including phoning in with no avail. This Guy went beyond his call of duty to make sure he helps me as a client. If it wasn’t because of Bayethe I will be rating buffalo logistics ⭐️ One star, their customer service is quite pathetic, it is too robotic, no human touch
Disappointing system. I’ve been struggling to open a discovery bank account in order to book the flight. This is their system now. In order to assess your benefit as a client for discounted flights etc, you now need to open a discovery bank account. I’ve been trying to open this bank account for straight two weeks. The bankers try and everything but my situation at the end of the day remain the same. This Discovery bank nonsense is still not open at the end of the day, I still can’t book my flight. Discovery is been my best company. I’ve enjoyed most benefits gym, flights etc. But this bank thing is not your thing, may be you should stick to health and also don’t force every client to have this bank account if your system is not full competent, it puts your clients under unnecessary stress. I am one of those. I actually need to be compensated by discovery for my flight, because they’ve waisted two weeks of my time. I could have book early elsewhere & still get better rates. I want to be compensated for emotionality draining two weeks and also cost of calling them on daily basis for hours with no help at the end of the day
If I could, I will give them o rating. These guys we paid them more than 70% deposit. They took the money and did not finish the cupboards. We waited and waited they never came. We ended up had to pay someone else to finish the cupboards. This Broc interior design company fail to manage their money, they take the money of one project and use it to the other. I won’t recommend them to anyone
I bought study desks for kids and myself in January they told me their were going to deliver within two weeks. Two months later the stuff is still not delivered. I've been trying to call them, every time I call they took my numbers and told me they will call me back to tell me whats happening with my order of which they never did. I finally went to the shop they told me they sorry the stuff is still not available and they not sure when they were going to receive it. I requested that they give me something to use in the mean time of which they also told me " sorry we do not have anything". I requested my money back they also told me "sorry the head office takes between 7 -14 days for refund" . This is upsetting, I have been waiting for two months for crying out loud and they still not prepared to move a finger on their side. I think they are greedy over selling they goods beyond their means at the expense of the customers
