Good day My vehicle is insured with Budget insurance as a 2009 model hence I've been paying a monthly premium for a 2009 model. Now that I've had an accident and the vehicle is being written off they say its a 2007 model. So from R69000 they now want to pay R48 000. It was fine for the insurance company too accept a premium for a 2009 model all these years and now want to pay out for a 2007 model. I have my house, the church and 4 vehicles insured with Budget. I am very unhappy with this and will be taking my business elsewhere. It's also taken them 3 weeks to get to this decision. I've actually paid in more money than what they actually want pay out. Please think twice before dealing with Budget insurance. Regards Mr HG Blignaut
On Wednesday 17 July 2023 I was sent money to my account which cleared on Thursday 18 however the funds then disappeared from my account which I felt strange on Friday 19th I went to the Durban Pavilion Branch and was assisted by Rethabile who gave me amazing service and again today 26 July I am back in the branch as the issue still persist. I am very disgusted in the service received by the support at headoffice as I am now still waiting for funds to reflect but the head office seems to be giving me the run around this service is unacceptable on all levels. I can safely say Rethabile is trying his best with no support from head office.
I am infuriated by the service received from Samsung service Centre in Umhlanga Durban today 28.01.2023 I took my Samsung A13 to be warranty assessed as it's screen was not displaying anything. When being helped I was told that the phone had moisture droplets and that I would be quoted for the repair. The phone is just over a month old and was not in contact with any moisture when explaining they insisted that the phone has moisture damage I have left my phone for assessment but I will be taking this matter further if they insist that there is moisture damage this is actually upsetting as they actually implying that a person is lying and basically questioning my integrity
Hi So once again I have had very disappointing and unsatisfactory service from budget insurance. I have a claim which is unresolved from the 13th of October 2022 today is the 22 November 2022 and still I am not getting any joy from this department a simple request like speaking to a manager cannot even be fulfilled I get told they will call back but I wait in vein. I need my issue resolved today as it is totally unacceptable an unfair on me getting such despicable service.
Hi Once again I am disappointed with the service that I have received thus far from my so called insurance company Budget insurance. Since the 13 October 2022 I've received terrible service/support or assistance from this company. Today like any other day that I've tried to conclude this matter they have promised to call me back but never do. I don't think as a loyal customer I deserve to be treated this way. Let me be late with my premium then I get all the attention. I'm now thinking of seeking legal advice. Regards Mr Gatvol
Hi Since the 24th October I've received nothing but terrible service from Budget insurance. I've phoned, emailed and all i get is' we will get back to you'. I was on this platform last week and soon after they called me only to make empty promises.
Hi Once again I have a problem with Budget insurance, on Sunday 23 October 2022 my wife and I broke down between Underburg and Kokstad. Due to electricity issues there was absolutely no signal at my location. A motorist stopped to assist and offered to call my son once he got to a place where he could get signal which he successfully did. My son then contacted Budget on my behalf,they refused to assist him and requested to speak to me the owner of the vehicle after explaining there was no signal at my location. After several hours I managed to get T towing at a cost of R6000.00 from Pinetown to help my wife and I. Im now trying to get them to assist me and all I get is the run around as usual. Being put on hold and empty promises of being called back. They delay in debiting your account or contacting you about late payment. Wish they could put the same amount of effort when it comes to actually assist their clients when needed.
Since the 6th of September I am still trying to finalise my claim. I've phoned three times today until my airtime depleted and they didn't even bother to return the call. Instead im getting calls from the panelbeater requesting my access fee be paid and the vehicle is still with me.
