I recently purchased gold from IBV Gold in Sandton Square. My experience was poor to say the least, I have requested an invoice for the purchase which I have yet to received, told that it was my responsibility to remind them to issue invoices, asked not to use specific banking accounts, and generally treated as though my business is irrelevant and a very unprofessional experience from the moment I walked in, especially taking into consideration the industry, type of business and clientele that IBV Gold in Sandton deal with. I do not and will not in future recommend this company for the purchase of sale of gold.
I have had the same call opened for fur months. I only receive half of the Fiber connection speeds that I pay for and now no one from webafrica responds to my mails or updates me on the calls I have logged. Not sure what to do next? Client code ber90, how do I get someone to assist????
Dell Venue 11 pro tablet would not power on, I have tried all suggestions and guidance. Eventually I logged a call, after a week Dell came out to replace the motherboard, a day later and the product is doing it again. Is this the quality of Dell products? How many calls need to be logged to get this sorted out, unacceptable for an allegedly \premium"product?"""
