Hi im having endless problems with Discovery Insurance from the internal assessors giving wrong feed back and lying about your claim to worker's delaying claims for weeks trying not to pay out. I jave send more than 7 emails and more than 10 phone call with no response from them. Discovery is really useless and just take your money. My geyser and pipes and roof is damaged but they only want to pay for the geyser and not the pipes amd the roof now t i must wait 2 months for an internal assessor to come out an look at the problem. Looking for a reliable insurance cancelling this month
Hi On the 6/03/2025 we had terrible storm and the water came true my house. My house is build on a hill and the rain was very bad that night, it was rain for days already. More than ever before. It was about 9pm at night when the rain came true my walls and i thought it was a bust pipe. I left itfor the next morning and went to look again my bottom of my house was flooded but no leak at the wall. I immediately new it was the rain. I phoned Discovery insurance and they send out a assessor. A few days later they send out a repairman to look and and then another assessor. I them got a call from the 2nd assessor and he said it was wear and tear. He also climbed i ask the first assessor to increase the payout so i can get more money. At that moment i new it was a setup and they are trying not to pay. I tried to contact the first assessor but he never rep****. I never ask the first assessor to increase the payout because i really don't think he has any influence on the settlement. He just came to look and take photos. That second assessor was asking so many unnecessary questions, i even said to him some of your questions has nothing to do with cause. By then i new he was looking for a reason not to pay out. We had lots of rain up to now and its still raining here but the water never came true the wall again. So please how can that be wear and tear.
Hi the hello group, Hellopay card machine are the worst people to deal with please do not do business with this people they don't answer calls, don't reply to your calls and messages and they don't pay out your money at all, you must always phone and send messages, Always problems and excuses. You will phone and talking to lots of different people and no help. Your money is not safe with them. Please don't deal with them.
My son took insurance for his I phone he bought at Istore Cresta, phone was damaged and he claim from his insurance at iphone it took them more then amount to sort it out Everytime we phone he get transferred from person to person and they keep on promising him it will be sorted it's still not sorted and it's over a month now, when you phone they don't answer their phone. IPhone store has the worst insurance ever and when you do get to talk to them they promises to sort it out and phone you but never phone. IPhone insurance is very bad and I will never recommend them to any one, we will cancel as soon as this is sorted
Really, I was supposed to fetch my cars paperwork 04/10/2022 and didn't because they always delayed so I went 26/10/2022 can you believe it its expired. Some idiot with a new position decided let me change something and decided that ****. They always useless and always late to deliver but No now your cars paperwork can expire like food. I am soooooo confused. Please calm me...
I was at Mount Amanzi unit K40 when I left on 23/09, and got home realized I forgot my hard drive in the TV, I phoned and they told me it's gone. Up till now I tried to get hold of the manager and no response. I'm very disappointed to think we trust people with our belongings and they can just steel and think it's OK.
I have been using the Nedbank card machine support by huge connect for almost 10 years until now when it started giving problems, they took so much money for the use if the card machine and now when you ask for help it took them almost 2 weeks to respond to fault and the unnecessary charges for getting all the money taken from me, now that I want to cancel its even worse. Its just a money making company that doesn't put the clients needs first they are the worst people to deal with, I regret ever dealing with such a useless company
