Bought a Ortho Pocket Springs, Complained to the company after testing out the bed for about 2 weeks and was told that the bed is made to custom stardard and there is nothing they can do about it after 7-days.
This review is only for your N1 City Branch. I received an incorrect item from my last online order that was delivered to my home address. I went to your store but they were more concerned about their inconvenience than the inconvenience i suffered. I am sure that you as such a big company has an IT Department that you can contact for stock errors. They were also unable to send me an email or any confirmation that I have left the item in-store, wanting to me to blindly trust without evidence. I was so angry at your store manager for the horrible service that I developed a major headache which led to me not being able to drive myself home. I opened an account with Mobicred. It is a very convenient payment plan for online purchases but they provide no assistance when you have an issue with one of their online providers. You would think that Mobicred vet companies before adding them on the list of providers. I made a purchase from Sleep Monk but had to return the item due to poor ,mediocre product quality. The company has been making excuses regarding the refund, that should in fact be credited back to my mobicred account!!!! When I contacted Mobicred to inform them of this they told me its not their business, I must deal with this provider on my own, this is after the nice lady on the phone requested that I send them a mail with all the comms between myself and Sleepmonk and they will also contact them from their side regarding the refund. I trusted Mobicred. I am posting this review so that others can be made aware that there is NO Customer Service / Assistance provided from this company. All they are after is your money.
I am fuming!!!! I ordered food and the driver ended up at the wrong address. I informed him that he is not where he is supposed to be and he Demanded payment to bring the food to the correct address when the app clearly shows he is still a few minutes away from where he was supposed to be. He then proceeds to mark the order as delivered and I have to struggle to reach Uber Eats to lay a complaint. No email address. No contact number. The online chat person who help just transfer me to a different department that is only gna responsed in 6 to 12 hours!!! I have WhatsApp communication with their driver as evidence but can't even send that nowhere. This is the worst experience ever. Cause me Sooo much stress and anxiety and the inconvenience of it all.
I took out a policy but then decided not to proceed with them due to them the company they sent me to install some tracker wanting to open my Engen. The policy was cancelled an all was good until A few months later, after I received a call from an Agent and me telling them I aint interested, I all of a sudden got communication about a Policy. Since then, my account has been debited every month. I have been sending them emails to cancel the debit order with no response. I have stopped the debit order but still it goes off every single month. This is *****. AS MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBIT ********LY.
Capitec Bank is NOT secure. I had money being debited from my account without my authorisation and where I did not register for anything. The company who processed the payment was more courteous and helpful then Capitec Bank. Be Careful people. They might be cheap with their fees but your money will disappear from your account and you will Not get it back. They dont care. The worst Bank ever. They ask you the same questions over and over and then they still don't help you and make you feel like you are at fault when you are telling them it's *****. Its sickening
I bought a mixer ...online from the pay just now app. When the mixer arrived it did not want to switch on. Packed it back and then put that huge box in my boot to return to a store. When I got there, I was told they cannot help me and the item must be returned online. I called Edgars who confirmed this. Sent them the pictures they asked on 5May. Item collected. On 9 May I received confirmation that Item received and should be booked in within 72h. No comms from Edgars. I have to send follow up mails all the time Was told that the item is referred back to supplier and I must wait on the supplier test to be finalised before I can get my money back! I have a Huge Problem with that! I did not buy this item from the supplier but at Edgars online. When I plugged in the device there was no power. Edgars should have tested it when received and refunded my money then take the matter up with their supplier. NOT INCONVENIENCE THEIR CUSTOMER AND KEEP ME WAITING FOR A REFUND PENDING SUPPLIER FINDINGS!!! This is total and utter bull****. It's been more than a month since I purchased this item and weeks that I have been waiting on a resolve.
I recently upgraded and need to return the devices because the devices are not compatible with the applications needed daily. Collection logged for repairs. I called to ask them to correct it but no one can transer me through to the correct department. I was transferred to 6 different people in a space of over an hour!!!!! My time wasted. No managers available in the wrong departments that want to take my complaints rather tell the agent they must transfer me!!! I cannot believe this!!!! I am struggling for an hour being transferred to different departments but never to the correct department. No sense of customer service. I have also sent 2 emails regarding this issue to Cell C.
My experience has been really back with the asap service. First they used to get my orders wrong and then I am inconvenienced and have to wait on the correct products and collection or credits. And all you get is an apology mail. Now they have been double debiting my account again. I placed an orders twice in the last few days and it happened on both occasions. No response to my initial mail sent!!!! I am so super annoyed at this inconveniences
I app**** online for Comprehensive Insurance 16 Nov. On 21 Nov a representative called me to check my policy and informed me that I did not select comprehensive insurance but 3rd party only. I told the lady I don't want that option. She quoted me almost R700 for comprehensive. I asked her to cancel the policy as I am taking up Absa offer. At month end ABSA and Dotsure deducted from my account!!! And now Dotsure does not want to refund my money. They are *******. Lying and *****ing. Do NOT trust or sign up with this company! They have comments added 23 Nov where a discounted offer was accepted by me which is NOT THE TrUTH
