MTN charging me double my contract after i have cancelled my month to month contract. This was after a so called experienced agent assured me that the contract was cancelled and they would charge me. Very unprofessional to lie to customers and still charge them.
Disappointed about how takealot handled my order - placed an order online and clearly they had the items in stock and 2 days after the item went to out of stock. Takealot cancelled my order which was placed when they clearly said they have stock. No prior communication, just order cancelled. Looking forward to Amazon SA False adverti*****t i would say.
Super bad service - lies are being told to customers. Its disgusting because i've been waiting for a sim delivery and every-time i call they lie to me. give me your damn address and i will pick the damn sim myself and save you the cost.
