Great customer satisfaction
Great customer service and swift delivery time, bought kuvings auto10 as a gift and my wife loves it. I was impressed with how everything was handled by Dylan. I would definitely recommend them. Someone who understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Looking forward to doing business with you again soon.

Great service
I submitted a request for a call and the customer service team were swift and gave me a good service. In doing all this they were detailed in explanations of their services to the end user. Happy service from Tess.

Unauthorised credit assessment
Who gave you guys permission to do credit assessment on my report? I am taking this to the next level because useless credit enquiry like this mess up with peoples profiles. Please delete my number and delete all my information

Double charge after contract was cancelled
MTN charging me double my contract after i have cancelled my month to month contract. This was after a so called experienced agent assured me that the contract was cancelled and they would charge me. Very unprofessional to lie to customers and still charge them.

Disappointed: Order cancelled
Disappointed about how takealot handled my order - placed an order online and clearly they had the items in stock and 2 days after the item went to out of stock. Takealot cancelled my order which was placed when they clearly said they have stock. No prior communication, just order cancelled. Looking forward to Amazon SA False adverti*****t i would say.

bad bad service
Super bad service - lies are being told to customers. Its disgusting because i've been waiting for a sim delivery and every-time i call they lie to me. give me your damn address and i will pick the damn sim myself and save you the cost.
